Bought this computer for my wife as a gift. It is our first Mac and are really impressed with its high speed and performance. Plus it is very lightweight and looks great. It does take some getting used to as we are more accustomed to working with pc.

This is a easy to use computer. Very fast. We have been pleased with the computer. Computer support has also been fantastic. Photo quality is awesome. My children use this computer for their college classes and love it compared to other computers. Price is worth the quality. I bought a second computer for another daughter. My next purchase will be the same computer for myself- plan to get additional storage for more pictures. Highly recommend.

I was in the market to replace my Apple laptop. I had an older MacBook Pro that I was happy with and went with this MacBook Air with the same size screen. I love the speed of the solid state hard drive ... not as much storage as my old one, but I didn't need it. If you need a lot of storage, the Apple Cloud seems to work well. Keep in mind, if you need a CD/DVD drive, you will need to buy an external device.

This was our Christmas gift for our son. He’s been using our MacBook Air and thought it’s time for him to have his own computer. He’s already good at using MacBooks so this new one is nothing new to him. The battery life on this version is so much better than my older MBA. Processing speed is more than enough to handle his school work as well as his video editing for his YouTube account.

Good lightweight Mac book great display good quality camera long battery life

I really love this laptop. It is light, powerful, and has great battery life. I am not one that does a lot of gaming or serious online or word processing, but I do some presentations, speeches, and other light work that makes this perfect for travel, meetings, and the like. I had a MacBook Pro for 8 years and loved it, but now that my work load has slowed down, this is the perfect computer for me at a reasonable price.

Light-weight, still kicking about 2 years later (I’ve got it in 2018). I’m a student and use it for schoolwork and it’s good for that. A good size, not too big, not too small. Easy to carry around. So far no problems. Sometimes the fan gets randomly loud, not sure what that’s from. Idk if it’s because I was using it too much or too long (on for like 8 hrs straight writing a paper).

I've used nothing but PCs and was nervous to purchase a Mac, but it has far exceeded my expectations; and the learning curve isn't that bad! Would definitely recommend making the switch!

So i usually go for the cheaper option but i finally listened to my boyfriend and just went with the best choice rather than having to buy a laptop every year! I’m starting a new business & it’s so easy & lightweight i take my MacBook everywhere. And i love that i can get all my phone notifications on my MacBook so that’s definitely a plus!
