I bought the computer to use for basic tasks like: application office, see videos, access websites and even program in Java with Eclipse. It has worked very well for all activities. For being ssd, the system start very fast and execute operations very fast as well. The only problem is that it comes with 128 gb of hard drive but I bought knowing that limitation.

This laptop replaces a very old computer and it is working great. Work has kept me quite busy since I bought it, but it's working like a charm so far.

I’ve always been a Microsoft girl and my Hubbie is all about Apple products. When he got his Mac, it blew me away how fast he was able to get online vs. my Microsoft laptop having to check for updates, and take it’s grand time getting started. The straw that broke the camel’s back for me with any Microsoft/windows product was when my laptop decided to update during an exam I was taking online in Grad school. I immediately decided I would give Apple a try and getting this Mac has been the best decision ever!!! I’ll never go back to a Microsoft laptop again!

I picked this up on sale for 799 which I thought wasn’t bad. I have an iPad mini 4 and use iPhone but always had a Windows PC. I do software development and use PC’s frequently but I wanted something different for portability. This was a good choice for me because I’m not doing anything graphic intensive with it, I have a PC for that, and for the price it was hard to find anything laptop-wise with the battery life, RAM and SSD you get from the MacBook Air. It goes great with my other portable Apple products. I use this for doing Java and some productivity software on the go and I’m more than happy. If you’re a Mac person, you know you’ll love it. If you’re a PC person and want to try a Mac, this is a good start.

I liked this MacBook Air and I'm so happy after I bought it because so easy to used and have a clear camera also works faster more than my oldest laptop l feel comfortable when I do my homework. Another thing about this mac is so light weight to carry, in addition it was cheap compared to any laptops. I recommend to everyone who has a plan to buy a new MacBook.

I love how lightweight this thing is and it's relatively comfortable to type on as well particularly for a laptop. My last Macbook had a sharp edge that dug into my wrists and made typing awful, but not so on this model. The battery life is great in my experience. I tend to use it in short spurts but one charge seems to last several days for me which is nice.

This does everything I need it to. I bought it for my daughter to do artwork She loves it. If the smaller size screen is okay then this is great.

First time MacBook buyers it takes a lot of adjusting to do and once you get the hang of it you will be ok. I love my MacBook and it works great.
