It came very quick and it was in good condition with the charger. It was very good for the price, Apple is really expensive and this deal was good because it was basically brand new. It runs very smooth and is excellent for college students, no complains.

I'm not very savvy when it comes to technology, but the MacBook Air is very user friendly. I use it for work, school, and photography. My purchase experience was wonderful and the sales associate helped explain my various options. I was able to purchase this laptop with a coupon for students, which helped my budget.

This is my first Mac Book and though it is not the Pro it is an excellent laptop for what I use it for, and because I bought this one prior to the new one coming out I saved about $400 on my purchase...and thanks to the Best Buy Rep being knowledgeable about what I needed and products available.

I am new to Apple. The Macbook Air is the first Apple product that I have ever bought. I now understand the appeal. Easy to use, great looks. Buying from Best Buy in San Francisco was a very good experience. George, the sales staff who attended to me was particularly knowledgable and very helpful.

This is my first Apple laptop. Very intuitive and user friendly. Still learning a few tricks, but overall love it.

We purchased this for my nephew's graduation and use in his college career. The Air was selected because it is hasn't been turned into a disposable appliance by Apple yet. The SSD module can be replaced with a larger one via 3rd party products if we so choose and it has the very useful magsafe power connector rather than using USB-C. Apple has done a disservice to customers by removing the connectivity on newer products. This isn't a fast laptop by any means, but it will be fine for a student doing the bulk of his work using Google's gSuite. We set him up with a 4 port usb hub and external 1tb drive for TimeMachine for backups. The Air has 2 usb ports, so one can be used for the Hub and things that can be left behind (like a trackball). I don't like Microsoft Windows of any flavor, and my nephew doesn't like how often his Windows laptop crashed due to software updates and errors, so the MacBook Air, will be far more reliable in the long term than a cheaper Windows machine. In reality, his University could have gotten away with a Chromebook; but this way, there is at least the ability to use local apps without being dependent on a network connection.

I'm obsessed with my MacBook Air and I will never go back to a PC. EVER!!!! It's so easy to navigate, browse, and even use the tools within it. I wish I would've crossed over to the Mac world ten years ago! I am upgrading from a smaller Air and am so excited!

I love this computer. I am a long time Mac user and wouldn't consider a different make. Once again, Mac delivers.

Like all Apple products this laptop is intuitive & easy to set up and use. Clear display, light weight. Love it!

Purchased a MacBook Air back in 2013, decided I needed to get a faster/newer one. I went looking for something different like the surface pro. Brought that home, cried, hated it so much I took it back to get the MacBook Air again. Never will I cross to the dark side. Apple forever!

I needed a Mac laptop so I could share files and be compatible in the office. I purchased this laptop and it has been great so far. It has been easy to use and get used to since I was switching to a Mac. It has been reliable and easy to transport, the size and weight of this laptop has been great.

I love the MacBook Air. I like that it is lightweight. Works well for my high school student and my college kid.
