I bought this with the student deal and got it with just 700 bucks. The mac is great and exellent for bringing to school, it’s very light and the battery is durable.

I've always been an Apple fan...been using them for more than 20 years without ANY viruses... and this laptop doesn't disappoint. It's sleek and easy to use. From desktops to laptops, nothing compares to an Apple computer.

Excellent laptop for students. I got tired of spending $200-300 on crappy 11-12" notebooks that had little to no memory (32GB or less) for my kids. And they were cheaply made and all plastic (meaning their life was about one year). Windows based machines were always prompting for update, but then there was not enough GB to complete the update - how does that make any sense?! The MacBook Air is great value, and unbeatable value when you get it on sale. It is beautifully constructed, and the hardware is great - everything from the metal case to keyboard and trackpad. Mac OS X is also great and very user friendly, and has all the apps they've become very familiar with . The only wish I would have is that the base model has retina display, but at this price I don't think it's possible. Maybe in a few years it'll become standard. Once you've had a retina display iphone or ipad, it's hard not to have it on your computer!

Outstanding light and portable laptop that has more than enough power for most computing needs.

First Mac we have owned and love it. Very easy to set up. Smaller than the other laptops we have used but, surprisingly, we don’t even notice the difference. Speed is great. Did not get the Retina display and we don’t need it - picture quality is great.

I been a big fan of apple product so I bought this MacBook two years ago, and I’ve never had any problems with it. This MacBook It’s very convenient for college people like myself because it’s light and easy to use. I love it!

I am a first time mac user. And i love it. Pretty easy to maneuver. Light weight. Easy to store.

Bought this for my daughter who was tired of the slow , windows based laptops. She could not be happier. The Air is compact, light and super fast. Yes it’s more expensive when compared to the windows versions, but you get what you pay for, so would recommend this to anyone.

An older machine now but it’s battery life is still top of the line in the Apple world. We have owned two ourselves and my staff all have them. If you want a laptop that will come to work every time, last, and do everything a laptop should every time, this is the one.

Bought it as a gift for my grandson and he just loves it. I used it for a while myself and was very pleased with it. Came on time for Christmas and packaging kept it safe during the shipping process. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

I’ve always been an Apple fan and I was not disappointed by this laptop. It works well for my purposes; grad school work, Netflix, and casual computer use. It is light and easy to transport. It is expensive, but I have not had issues.

We purchased a new Mac Air to replace our old PC laptop. We purchased an extended AppleCare with the computer. The computer has been great, and access to help through AppleCare has made the transition from using a PC to an Apple system easy. We are very happy with our choice.
