It's cute, compact, portable, lightweight, and SUPER fast. I have other computers and I used to think they were slow because of the wifi, but this laptop has proved me wrong. It's also very lightweight so I can keep it in my backpack and it doesn't hurt like other bulky Dell laptops do. The battery life is also stunning, I love it so much! I charge it all night and it's ready to go and can be used ALL. DAY. The charger and laptop came with a manual and everything was BRAND. NEW. I love it. I also saved quite a bit of money by buying it onbeatbuy instead of Apple directly. With the money I saved, I was able to buy a cute hardshell case AND a laptop sleeve. Great deal!!

I deffinitly recommend this it is perfect if you just need a simple laptop, it has perfect amount of memory and space, very lightweight and great for commuting it to and from places, has excellent battery life, and all of the other pros that comes with the Apple MacBook. Highly recommend this.

This has been a great purchase for the money and quality on apple computer, is so lightweight that is not a problem to carrying around also the looks is nice and give you the speed to have the job done any where. I Personally recommend this product to anybody Is up and going every day!

I was a bit eerie about purchasing the MacBook air but i took that chance and it was worth it. It's is amazingly light and portable keeps a charge and the price was reasonable. I am glad I made that trip to Best Buy because I saved quite a bit on my purchase being that i am a student.

I was choosing between purchase iPad or MacBook Air and I was really about to get iPad, but when I saw MacBook Air on a sale for 699 I've just got it immediately and postponed with purchasing iPad. I love it. It works fast, it's very light and comfortable to use and carry. It still have old style USB 3.0 ports (I want to move to USB-C but I'll have to change all my cables to do that. one day). And time of working is fantastic. I don't need to carry charger with me if I want to go somewhere like I did with Windows laptop. And it's a perfect time to go outside, sit down, enjoy the weather and continue working.

This mid-priced Macbook Air is top notch. It is very quick and of course beautiful to look at. I still like this model, even though there is the Macbook Air Pro which costs more and has more bells and whistles. The Macbook Air has been around awhile so it is tried and proven.

Not a lot to say that you don't already know. It's Apple, so it simply works! This replaced another MacBook Pro I had for 8 years. It still works, I simply wanted an upgrade and something portable. Been using it for a month, and this computer is perfect for what I need.

if your looking for a computer that is light and travels well. this is the laptop for you. may not have the frills of the MacBook Pro but it works just as well and it with everything being cloud based its easy to work with. its light weight and gorgeous looking.

I have always been an Apple user and will continue to be one!! I bought a new MacBook Air because my old computer had too many issues and there are no regrets! This air is very lightweight and thin -nice as a college student when I need to bring it to class!

Currently in Apple ‘s laptop line up that’s the only one that worth it for the price! I am a photographer and videographer and also a college student and this Mac never failed on me. Got my 4K monitor and hard drives plugged to it and I am ready to rocknroll!

My goodness. I have loved Apple products since the first time I laid eyes on the first Gen iPhone. I have an iPhone 7 & Apple Watch, I just knew I had to complete the trifecta. This computer is exactly what I have dreamed of. After using my boyfriend's MacBook Air repeatedly, I knew I had to switch over from my Dell Inspiron that made me restart it every time it went to sleep. Best Buy was have a deal, this 1000 dollar computer for 800. With tax it's 855, but my student discount saved me 50 bones. So worth it. Nothing compares to getting a new computer straight out of the box. I hate buying used products and I am very grateful to have gotten such a great deal for a new Mac. My first Mac. It warms my heart :') My text messages send right to my MacBook along with my photos. I love having everything together! It's perfect for college, with its long battery life I don't have to lug a charger with me everywhere I go. It is also super light! The screen is beautiful, the keyboard is soft. I recommend buying a protective case in case of accidents & to preserve the beauty of your MacBook. This computer is simply magical.

This is my first Mac. I was reluctant to switch from a PC, but I did. Boy am I happy. It takes some getting used to. But once you do, you’ll never go back. Fast, and very user friendly. Plus I like that everything syncs from my iPhone. Highly recommend.

I have an iPhone and iPad but I have never had a mac. I have always had PC's. THIS COMPUTER IS AWESOME. It is clean and simple. It comes in nice packaging and is user friendly. I haven't had any problems out of it and I use it every day for school work.

I personally am a PC snob, but for many years, I have tracked the MacBook line of laptops. My wife asked for one for Christmas and so I took advantage of the Best Buy Black Friday sale to buy her this laptop for $799. Overall, she and I love it. This is as good as it gets when it comes to non-gaming laptops. Pros: -Solid and attractive aluminum body -Screen is gorgeous, even though it is not Retina -Boots up instantly, no waiting -Fast -OS is perfect for computer novices -Integrates nicely with my wife's iPhone -Set up is drop dead easy, anyone can do it -Magnetic charge connector Cons: -Its a Mac, so PC snobs like me may not like the OS -Not a gaming laptop

This computer has amazing battery life and is very snappy and it charges quickly. I would definitely recommend over the newer 12' MacBook. The screen might not be the best but is still enjoying especially when watching long sessions of Netflix or YouTube. Also has a great build I dropped it from my car and I could not find any scuffs I was quite impressed but it is light weight and can be customized with a skin or case. Also still has many ports like sd card and also has magnetic charger. Definitely great for productivity and enjoying videos on a long battery. Compared to my surface pro 4 it would only last about 3 hours of Netflix streaming. This lasts more than 10!!

I looked at a lot of different laptops when my Lenovo started going out. For an entry level laptop, it worked really well but was getting too old. I already had the Iphone and Apple Watch, so I was leaning towards a new Macbook, but did not want to spend that much on one. However after reading reviews and countless more reviews, I came to the conclusion that the Macbook was simply at the top of the class when it came to laptops. Overall, it is an excellent laptop and runs smoothly. Only a few things to note: -If you are a gamer this probably isn't the right laptop for you. It is good for casual gaming, but anything that requires serious graphics really isn't going to make the cut. -For being a $1000 laptop, the screen should be maybe a little better. It is very good for sure, but for this day and age, it could be better. Being on a 13" screen helps make it seems like it is HD but when you stream HD on Netflix it can be noted that it is still not quite HD quality. Not at all a reason to not get it though, just a side note. Overall, I am in love with it and the fast startup times are amazing. Battery life is all day under normal use unless you are watching videos or putting the processor under a lot of work.

I was looking for laptop for my daughter and after comparing between MacBook Air, Lenovo Yoga and Microsoft surface, I have decided to purchase MacBook Air. It very fast and light weight. Perfect fit as entry level laptop for high school/collage

I walked into the store looking to buy a laptop for my daughter that starts college in the fall. My budget was about $500. The guy said, "that's great, so you plan on buying another laptop in two years." He took the time to listen to my daughter's needs and we were able to buy this outstanding laptop, which will get my daughter through 4 years of college. Yes, it's more than $500, but with the Apple back to school promotion and Best Buy pricing we got an excellent value. It's fast, lightweight, portable and virus free. The guys were very helpful and informative.

This laptop is superb -- an amazing quality computer. I really love the simplicity of the design and how lightweight it is. Super portable too; perfect for anyone who needs to take their laptop on the go. I'm a loyal Android mobile user but I just love Apple computers! Hard to beat this MacBook Air. Simple, aesthetic, and lightweight. Not to mention that Mac OS is really attractive and easy to use. My grandma can even get around on a Mac because it's straightforward and uncomplicated. I'm really pleased with this computer. 5 stars! :)
