Happy switched to Apple

Finally made the switch after my 3rd crash and burn dell. Couldn't be happier with the product customer service at purchase along with Apple support with a few things I was having a hard time transferring of documents. Walked me through step by step and super easy!

The customer service at the SW Fort Wayne Best Buy is always second to none. I know I'm getting the best price and the knowledge of the sales team always makes me happy that I'm buying the right product for the job. I'll continue to shop at this store and leave all my other purchases to amazon.

His last MacBook lasted 11 years and it was time for an upgrade. While I've never been an Apple person, I can't deny the longevity of their products so I've been converted (at least for laptops). He absolutely loved it and I was glad to give him something he really needed and loved!
