The Microsoft Suite I purchased would not download, hacker - claiming to be Microsoft rep to help with the download stole the MS Suite program. Contacted Microsoft but they couldn’t do anything - Said I didn’t purchase from them directly, purchased thru a 3rd party (Best Buy) so, I unfortunately lost the MS Office suite that I purchased the day I purchased my MacBook Air laptop. Not a good experience. Will never purchase a software program from Best Buy again.

I was very hesitant on buying a laptop for my daughter. I ended up buying her this MacBook since she has an iphone. Turns out it was a great buy.

I bought this computer already having a Mac. The reason for my purchase was to use one at home and the other for my university classes. It hasn’t held very well even with a case. Compared to the old white Mac that lasted 8 years, it was not a good investment since it started to give problems in less than 4 years. Again I did use it for university classes so I imagine a more sedentary life for the computer would not give many issues.

It gets the job done for everyday use. No problem with the keyboard(compared to the new mbp) only con is the screen resolution its not retina

Love the outside of the refrigerator. The inside shelving could use some adjustment but since this is a second fridge in the home it's all good.

I use this computer for advanced music production. Excellent product. It is perfect for the purpose intended. Price was competitive as well.

After trying a non-apple product, I'm back on board the apple train. They're expensive machines but worth it

This was a gift for my daughter who had an old version from 4 years ago. The new MacBook Air is awesome and she is very happy with it

Fast boot up and nice picture. Not quite satisfied with battery life, but I know there are still some things to do that will help that.

This is the second Apple laptop ive purchased in the last 5 years. Great product, a bit pricey but is worth it.
