This is a fantastic labtop, for the price thatvit was on sale for we really couldn't beat it. It's a very quick and untra light computer and is more than capable of handling anything that you throw at it. If you looking for a new MacBook but don't want to spend a fortune then this is the one for you.

This is my second MacBook. My first one I had for 7 years before it finally stopped working (I used it for college, so it took quite a beating). This one I will be using for internet browsing and internet-based apps. So far, I've noticed that the battery life is awesome, the display is great, and the laptop performs quickly. It was super easy to set-up and syncs with our other Apple products seamlessly. I purchased this laptop on sale on Black Friday and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for for a nice laptop for internet/normal household use.

I've pretty much been a PC and android guy for most of my life. However, in the last 2 years, I've switched to iPhones and now I'm on my first MacBook. I like how everything is easy to setup and customize on windows and androids and the items are just less expensive and affordable. But like most PCs and androids, battery life isn't as great as Apple products are right out of the box.
...Anyways, I was first disappointed with the MacBook Air when I first tried to connect to the internet. Turns out my client ID wasn't accepting my internet router. Tried looking at youtube and got some few ideas; however, I didn't quite understand the video and it's meanings. Then again, the heavy accent behind the videos was that easy to the ear to understand. So after calling Apple Tech support and my internet provider, it turns out that I had to manually type in my internet router password into my Client ID box on my MCB Air. Then boo ya ! the internet works.
Pros:
-I used the MCB Air 2 days out of the box for around 10 hrs before needing to charging.
-Display isn't retina on the AIR, but not really that much of a difference in my opinion from the MCB pro's display.
-Charges my iPhone faster than the plugging into the wall
-weight is light as my 11" Chromebook
-Magsafe charger is better than the PC charging cord. My sister already tested it out by walking through it clusmily and luckily it didn't yank my computer across the room.
Cons:
-keyboard isn't as springy and big as the older PCs (which is a personal preference), but no biggie
-Touchpad is different from PCS and not as easy but I'll learn overtime.
-Not a touchscreen, but oh well.

I wanted a MacBook Air for several reasons. I am a college student with a major in French. I choose the air because I didn't need the high-techness of the pro and the regular Mac is a little too small for me (12"). The air is the perfect size, has 2 USB ports, and still very light. I also like that I can switch between the English and French keyboards when I need to. I've been watching this laptop and I was constantly comparing all the Macs, so I definitely knew this was the laptop I wanted.

My son is homeschooled and needed a laptop. He looked at several different Macbook models and I even had a browse at the Windows machines. He chose this machine because it had the right specs, and more importantly has several USB ports to charge gadgets etc. He uses it for schoolwork, music and web surfing. It is very light and has proven durable. A well built, nicely crafted package that should last him a while. You get what you pay for with Apple products, this one is no exception.

This is pound the best laptop for sale today. I wish I would have gone MacBook years before as these computers power up very quick and just work like a computer is supposed to. I bought this for my daughter who is preparing for college and I'm tired of losing mine.I bought the MacBook for myself in 2013 and it still works like the day I bought it. I'm proud apple is considered an American company just wish they assembled in this country.

The 13-inch MacBook Air features 8GB of memory, a fifth-generation Intel Core processor, Thunderbolt 2, great built-in apps, and all-day battery life.* It’s thin, light, and durable enough to take everywhere you go—and powerful enough to do everything once you get there

The Apple MacBook Air Is Very Easy To Use, As My 75 Year Old Grandmother Was Able To Grasp The Concept Pretty Quick Despite Not Being A Tech Savy Person At All. It Is Great For School, One Thing Being The Weight As It Is Easily Portable, And The Battery Life Is Amazing Compared To My Older Laptop. And The Processing Speed Of The Computer Is Amazing And I Couldn't Ask For Anything Better.

I purchased this computer on Black Friday after my old MacBook was on its last legs and have absolutely no regrets. It’s fast, lightweight, and gorgeous! I’m primarily using this computer to take work-related online courses & for light internet browsing and so far, have had no issues whatsoever. Plus, the integration with my iPhone/messages couldn’t have been easier! Highly recommend!

Was changing jobs and needed to be able to be more portable so upgraded my pro to a MacBook Air. I Love it! super lightweight and portable. Super easy to use. I wish more of the world ran on Mac. I have been able to easily set up and complete my projects with ease. I also love that the keyboard is lit making it easy to work in dim light as well. I definitely recommend this device.

Three of my college kids have owned one of these, so it didn't take much to convince me - BUT I did still take months of time to review in store and online both the new MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. I'm sold on the ease, speed, and lightweight features of this Air. The new MacBook Pros have advanced themselves to a level the rest of the commercial computer world has yet to catch up to, and won't for at least another year. That means you have to buy a lot of extras in order for it to function in the now. I'm all for moving forward, but this MacBook Air meets all my needs now at a better price, and still will in the next years to come. I just bought one that holds more space and has higher memory than my young adult kids' based on my personal needs and planned uses. Very happy. Couldn't beat the sales at Best Buy either!
