For school I was using a Microsoft surface and was having so many problems. Being an owner or everything Apple I decided to finally switch to a Mack book air and I just love everything about it. So much better then my Microsoft which I was constantly having to fight with because it would lag so bad during my online classes. Just kinda bummed I went with the air instead of the pro because I wanted to test it out first.

Really good computer. One of the best brands if not the best, computer is very light in weight, has a lot of functions works really good.

Great laptop. Saved $250 bucks simply by going with Intel processor instead of Apple’s M1 proprietary chip. Very light and sleek.

This is m first Mac book, but the hype did not disappoint. This is an amazing laptop and definitely is good for college students.

Overall its a good laptop. I've had it for 2 years now and it still works. Don't expect to to be as good as a Pro obviously. You can use it for basic needs, but not heavy duty projects.

Sleek design, fast OS and great features. This is my first Mac and I love it. Still translating features from the Windows world but no regrets.

I bought it a few months ago and then returned it after a few days. I originally bought this because I needed to upgrade my Macbook Air. I used Chrome for about 10 minutes, and the fans started whirring like crazy and it was so loud. I had to return it. My current one (2014)'s fans don't get that crazy even when I've been using Photoshop for a while. Even the fans at maximum don't sound half as loud as this one. I also wasn't a fan of how small everything looks because of the retina display. The camera quality was also terrible. It's 2020, how is there still a 720p camera? Returned it.
