Uh it's Apple What's not to like it does just about everything u want and what it can't do Apple makes things to buy .......

The processing speed has exceeded my expectations. Easy to use and does the job in helping the kids with their online school work.

Product was easy to understand and use. It has allowed me to prepare for the upcoming school year which will be completely virtual.

I bought this computer in preparation to go to a different city for surgery. I wanted to be able to FaceTime friends and family and stream Netflix/Hulu/etc. I used it once just to set up before my trip. During my trip the videos would freeze. I thought it was just the internet but when I used my iPad I didn't have these issues. When I reached out to Best Buy about this they were pretty much like - "well you have until tomorrow to return it otherwise it's not our problem." Keep in mind this was while a lot of the country was still shut down from covid and I stressed that I was in another state in the hospital because of complications. They could not have cared less. Once I was back home I reached out to apple and they stayed on calls and messages with me for almost two hours and would not rest until it was fixed. I wish I would have bought from them to begin with.

MacBook was perfect for my 10 year old with all the homeschooling going on. I ended up buying 2 more for my 6 and 8 year old

This is super easy to use and syncs with all your other apple devices overall it is worth the price but try to catch it on sale!

My new MacBook Air is great so far its fast & easy to use. If your an apple person you will not regret purchasing it. I paid more for my iPhone than I did for my MacBook - bc it was on sale and I had rewards- so I’d say I’m overall very happy with my purchase.

Overall its a good laptop. I've had it for 2 years now and it still works. Don't expect to to be as good as a Pro obviously. You can use it for basic needs, but not heavy duty projects.

I’ve always wanted a Mac, and if you are in a budget this is the computer you want. Great customer service as well
