    So far so good with the computer, I payed relatively cheap for an great product because it was an open box. It’s getting 3 stars because when I bought it, the previous owner hadn’t signed out of “find my” so their information was still on the computer and they could see my actual location(which is not sage at all). Luckily I was able to locate her through social media and we worked together to sign her out(she was nice). If not it would have been a lost. I recommend reps making sure everything is deleted properly before a customer returning/selling to other customers.

    I bought this laptop for my Online classes and so far I have no complaints. It does the job and a good fit for any student. Runs smoothly and the screen is crystal clear. Never owned a Mac in my life so getting use to how all the function and shortcuts are done takes some time. Also love the backlit keyboard. First laptop I owned that has that feature and absolutely love it since I am more of a nocturnal person.

    This was the best Christmas present , my daughter said. ! I’m her favorite awesome person in the world. It brought tears to my eyes in rough times, to see my daughter smile and happy after what she been through. The next day she got on her Computer and applied for a job at Advocate Hospital and got the job. Then she applied, for school to study for forensics science and got accepted.! Keep BELIEVING !
