No complaints so far. Dude basically tossed it to me in the parking lot, but no problems. The computer is easy to smudge (the outside) so I would be mindful of that if that’s important to you. For context I’m a graduate student and predominantly use the computer for school related activities. Be aware of what Big Sur can and cannot be compatible with, as I was disappointed with some games/software that weren’t compatible. Worth the price in my opinion, while the camera is less than amazing, the screen is pretty and the keyboard is smooth. If you’re going to drop the cash on a computer and you don’t know a ton about them, you might as well get a Mac. It’s just a nice piece of equipment and will last a very long time, especially for people that only use their computer for specific purposes. I’ve never owned a Mac, and I’m a recent iPhone user, and the convenience of it all is very awesome. I can delete anything from my phone from my computer and vice versa. It’s nice. The computer works well for school and zoom appointments. Enough storage for me, was able to pull all my photos from networking sites to have them all in one space. A regular mouse won’t work with this computer and you will need a USB-C adapter for USB related things or if you need more ports. Battery life is very good and doesn’t take much time to charge. I recommend.

I love this laptop it’s so amazing! Better than any hp I’ve had, this one is faster and more convenient. I would choose MacBook over anything, and it’s really lightweight too. The price may be expensive, but you get what you pay for, and it’s good quality.

First time user of the MacBook and my favorite thing is the battery life. Main reason I got a new laptop. I’m still learning to work it but I’m coming along. Speaker is loud and clear, camera is good and I love the ease of my phone to Mac. Love the touchpad

Really good quality, as it should… love the size, so slim air doesn’t even feel like a lap top, makes it look so fancy! Perfect gift! My daughter loved it!

This is our first Apple laptop after using a Surface for many years. We got it specifically to use with our Apple phones which are new to us, also. I am a bit older in life and not as savvy as many people. After working hard with the Air it is coming pretty easily. It is very easy to use with our phones. The only complaint I have is that it seems to be more difficult working with multiples of pictures or downloads, etc. It seems to take another step that I’m not used to. Overall, however, it’s pretty great. We would buy it again in an instant. Purchase the protective cover.

I’m in love! I have several apple products from my phone to my Apple TV. This is my first MacBook Air! I’ve always been a MacBook Pro type of girl but honestly I don’t miss the CD drive and the ports. I love the compact and rose gold color!

I bought this for school . My other laptop decided it Didn’t want to work anymore. I love that this one has finger print I.d.! I’m still getting used to learning the differences in Apple . My other laptop was an HP. My only issue is scrolling Dow having to use the down button.. might have to invest in a mouse.

I purchased this MacBook as a gift for myself for my birthday this year. I fell in love with it after using it everyday. Once you learn the in and out functions you’ll be so happy you purchased it. I’m happy I no longer have to pay for Microsoft office. I also work for Apple so I’m learning the perks of my devices pretty well. Being able so send things to my laptop and desktop from my phone has made my like 1,000 times easier!

The MacBook Air is light weight, the graphics are phenomenal and I love the Touch ID on it as well! The other great thing is I can use my iPad as a second display! Apple is the best...

I’ve had this MacBook Air for about a month now and it’s excellent. The keys feel great, it’s fast and it sounds great. I’d say the only downfall is that the screen isn’t extremely bright if you want to use it outside but it’s acceptable. Believe it or not I use this for graphic design for my job running illustrator and Photoshop. I store everything either on the cloud through adobe or an external LaCie hd so I’ll never have issues there. I definitely recommend this machine. Naturally it’s the best Mac I’ve had and have been using Mac since 2004.

Gorgeous build quality, top of the line laptop. I tried a windows laptop and a chromebook before springing for this, but nothing compares to the mac OS. Having been a mac desktop user for 32 years, you can't really switch. Trackpad was surprisingly easy to adapt to, but I still got a Logitech M355 bluetooth mouse which works great with the macbook.

I bought this laptop as a gift for my granddaughter's 10th birthday. And she loves it. The battery charge is ridiculous it goes for days without charging and it has the quickest internet service I've ever seen for a laptop. Very easy to use very good picture quality, came with different perks, anti-theft software and also Apple music which was phenomenal!! Great product I will recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade in the Apple family!

Long story short: when you’re building yourself, your business, finishing school, whatever, DONT CHEAP YOURSELF! Spend the extra money and get a new product. I waited over 20 days for a discounted MacBook Pro that was YEARS OLD. I didn’t read the fine print!! It got kicked back 20 days and STILL didn’t deliver on time!! Canceled that, went to the store and ordered a new 2020 MacBook Air. The last thing I would’ve chose was the rose gold finish. Like, no deal. IT TOOK THREE DAYS TO GET TO MY FRONT DOOR AND IT WAS BEAUTIFULLY THE WRONG COLOR!!! It’s wonderful and I’m glad I spent the extra, so yourself a favor!! Good looking out Best Buy!!

This macbook is great. I was worried about the fan at first but the fan isn't even loud. It comes on and it turns off in like 20 seconds. The battery is good surprisingly. I get like 8 hours of screen time which is good because I am a high school student.

Awesome quality as usual with apple. Lightweight and fast. Loving the finger id.

These MAC books are so light and compact it makes taking a notebook anywhere possible!
