    The camera on this MacBook Air 13.3" is very grainy. This is my first time owning a MacBook. The pictures/ videos look like they are from the early 2000s. I ordered a new laptop as well. But this one seems like a used refurbished one based on the poor picture/ video quality alone. The battery life does not last very long either. I'm very disappointed in this purchase. Please make sure that you get the Apple Care for protection!

    I purchased a MAC book air and it came via mail. I am greatly satisfied. I did have to purchase my software (Microsoft Office) separately in order to not pay annually for it. Luckily it was on sale when I got it shortly after my laptop purchase. I got my softwares from Best Buy also.

    I needed this laptop for school, and it works well. Compared to my last laptop, everything loads fast, the mic and cam work good, and it doesn't die on me too quickly. The only thing is that I have to use a USB adapter if I want to use a USB-C, but that isn't a huge issue. Overall, it was a good purchase and I've had no problems so far.
