I’ve been promising g my grandson a Mac laptop since he was in 8th grade if he kept his grades up. He graduated with honors so I got his Mac. He’ll take it to college with him in August. According to him—this Mac is AWESOME! Glad to have purchased a quality product. And of course my Best Buy made the purchase easy.

Very fast computer and you can do so much with it.

I walked into the store and couldn't locate the Apple computer I had decided to purchase. An employee located the computer, went to the backroom and picked one up for me, took my money, and I walked out with my first Apple. Excellent! Computer does everything I need it to, so I am very satisfied!

I like it a lot, I have not been able to get there (Best Buy) I need too, so I can address the mitigation from old air to the new one,

When my son noticed me that he needed a new laptop I knew where l had to go. Went online to bestbuy.com and found the one he wanted. It was an early process. Just click and buy and that was done. Had it set up for him to pick it up a bestbuy store closer to him in another state Great customer service.

I needed a new laptop and debated for weeks abt spending this kind of money. I’m so glad I did. I don’t buy one but every couple of years and I know this will last. The transition was easy to a Mac system. Anything I don’t know I google and it’s there. Of course my Apple junkie kid usually knows what I need to do.

My kid love's her new Macbook Air for Christmas! However, I have heard and seen on Tiktok that the display screens are easy to crack. This happened to our MacBook pro 13 touch bar 2019 which is why I to buy this one for her school. She was just walking up the stairs and slightly drop it and should a small crack on the corner. I recommend to buy some kind of shield or leave these laptops on desks without moving them.

Relatively easy to use but it takes a lot of practice and learning to understand what to use when and how to perform certain tasks

This is a huge upgrade from my old 2012 MacBook Air. I miss my light up Apple but totally worth it. I really love the gold look throughout. I do recommend a cooling pad. The MacBook does get a little hot when running some apps from the Apple Arcade and watching Videos on mid-brightness for over 30 minutes.

Purchased as a bday gift for wife. She was very very happy. If you can afford the pricetag I highly suggest buying your wife one of these as well. Your wife will love it and she will love you if she dont already. You can get a cheaper laptop just as good but like alot of things, this is the one she wants.

Our sales person was great! Your sales staff is always excellent, and I trust the products that come from you. We often think about buying from a discount Big Box store, but when we remember your great return policy and we know we will get a reliable product, we always end up purchasing from Best Buy!

Perfect for my 12 year old granddaughter as she starts a new year still home schooled. I continue to expect great things from her and this should help her achieve another tougher,great year. Also was delivered the next day. Best Buy has not let me down on product availability and quick delivery time.

I wanted something small that I could keep with me. I have a 21” at home and really depend on all my devices working together. I absolutely love it! It’s pretty! Lol and I can still utilize the programs on my iMac. In the office, or at home, or on a plane! Will still probably upgrade to the pro shortly.

The device is amazing! I had a few tech issues, when I called for service the problem was resolved in no time

Works well for my child’s zoom classes. It has not crashed yet or had any issues with the mic suddenly not working, unlike her previous laptop, which was a much cheaper Windows PC. Only issue that I’ve noticed is that the Mac takes a much longer amount of time to wake up from sleep mode than the PC did. For instance, when we flip up the screen, it will take about 10-15 seconds before the login screen appears. The cheaper Windows laptop had a login that appeared almost instantly after flipping the screen open.
