I am enjoying my new laptop. So far I have only had a few minor issues which could be my fault. I have no one to ask due to NY Pause and the corona virus. It fades while watching a movie. Email pops up during a movie. The text is small. I need to find out how to make it bigger. There is still much to learn.

My daughter who is heading into college this year researched and picked this Laptop for her college education. So far she loves it as she is an Apple Diehard! The only draw back is it has its own specific adapter for external devices... Her other apple products; iPhone, mouse etc need a special adapter.

Only had for a month, but very satisfied with so far. Light weight, easy to use and love feel of the keyboard. Great for everyday task.

With the pandemic going on and most classes online this computer is is super fast and easy to work I’m taking five college classes and most are hybrid or online so this was the best choices

For the value and operability, this is definitely a very good choice. Using this with ultra-wide 38-inch monitor with 100Hz. A bazillion of chrome tabs, multiple apps running and working via Remote Desktop. This is definitely not a beast, but it's getting the job done.

I LOVE MY MAC . If you do get a mac book I suggest you get the insurance . Nothing has happened to my laptop , THANKGOD. butttttt I can tell you these new apple laptops are super sensitive , mainly the screen. If you deciding on buying it , buy it !!! YOLO.

I usually don't buy an entry level Mac computer, but this one is quite nice. The new M1 MacBook Air is faster but this Intel model will have better compatibility with existing software. Nice Retina display, the finally sorted out keyboard and Thunderbolt 3/USB-C ports. What's not to like?

I have always used Microsoft products. Apple is so much more user Friendly. Best Buy was very helpful clarifying the features of the Mac air. Also I received a fantastic deal on the price. If you want to buy electronics they are the place to go. A very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I am still busy learning this MacBook Air. Friends are helping me when I get stuck. I like that the screen is so clear and crisp. It is a slow process for me to get really comfortable with it all. Must be my age of 70 and late start with computers in general. But I'll get there.

Great device. I’m really happy with this laptop, it’s my first one and I think it will be hard to go back to a different computer.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves it. I have the same one that he bought for me for school. We both enjoy our Mac books and Best Buy is super friendly. I had to call their customer service because my credit card was being weird, and they were super helpful!

A pretty good laptop. Bought for my daughter for college. Could run a little faster for the price but overall happy with it.

This is the first MacBook I've bought and I am pleased with my purchase. I've been using iPads and iPhones for a while so it was time to get a Mac, too. If you're looking to try a MacBook for the first time like I was, I would recommend this one. It's intuitive, fast and easy to use.

Light and solid. My kids can use it easily. One complaint is that sometimes the wifi would disconnect. Need to restart wifi.

My first time owning a laptop and it’s pretty easy to figure out. It’s a little different than most computers. But I like it.

It’s a great laptop for upcoming entrepreneurs it’s fast and productive doesn’t hold a charger for longer than 5 hrs keep that in mind when buying it. Also you don’t get any bestbuy points if you buy this or any other Apple products.

Great product - for some reason Apple is the only manufacturer that I ALWAYS buy the extended warranty "apple care". I have used it several times over the years and Apple stands behinds their products - and, well....for the premium pricing, they should.

If you looking for casual use, this is exactly advertise. You can do the average amount of editing the product performs well so far

This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it!! A little bigger than a Chromebook, but smaller than a traditional laptop. Easy to tote around safely and securely. The speed as storage capacity is perfect for this busy virtual learner. Great investment.

i was never a fan of the macbook air so i started researching the macbook pro. For the average or small business person this computer will do more than enough. I use the MacBook Air for is word processing, spreadsheets, listening to music, fairly simple apps and web sites, things like that.
