Bought this computer to replace my 2013 MacBook Pro. Decided I didn't need as much computer this time around, so I went with the new MacBook Air. So far it's a great machine, the only drawback is the two ports. Wish it had more, I guess I'll have to invest in a hub.

I got this on a black Friday week sale for $150 off. Now I found it on sale for $200 off in the color I wanted, therefore I am exchanging it for the other color. Buying this only because Apple will not longer let me update the OS for my 2011 MacBook Pro.

I’m not too computer savvy , but it’s pretty simple to use. Great buy. My customer service for the purchase and pick up were great !! The associate who helped me purchase was very knowledgeable about products. And my pick up was faster than I expected.

As usual, a very good product from Apple. Great screen resolution and good battery life.

After only buying computers on the low end scale and having problems within 2-3 years that signaled the beginning of the end I decided to go the other way!! My kids and friends said I should treat myself to an Apple computer and that it will serve me well and last!!

Sales rep was trying to get all the sales possible (College Student promo on MacBook Air at the time) that he forgot to follow through on the entire customer process. A different sales rep had to take over to finish off our purchase. Ridiculous. Otherwise, excellent product overall. But my daughter experienced a technical glitch so definitely threw me for a loop as I wouldn't expect that from a Mac/Apple in general. Hopefully it's a one time incident!

Loveeee my MAC! No glitches no problems at all!! I’ve had it for close to a year now and it hasn’t given me any problems at all even considering I dropped it . Nothing happened to it when it was dropped so I was super excited about that.

This laptop is truly used for connivence . I wish the screen was a little bigger. It's light and can fit in a large tote. The picture and sound quality is great. If don't already own a IMac I would buy one first then the Air. Thats what I did .

Beautiful, lightweight, sophisticated, fast, reliable, a pleasant to the touch keyboard and a particularly sensitive touchpad ... The one-piece aluminum body adds solidity. Now the laptop can be held by the edge with 2 fingers, and it won't even break

The manager was great, I let her know that I had a plane to catch and she paused what she was doing to get me the computer so I could get out of there quickly. Not her fault that I was running late but I did appreciate the kindness of her stopping to help

Everything yo would expect in a an Apple Product. I3 Chip, 8 MG is plenty of speed for typical use.

Very light so will be great to use as a student. Would recommend for anyone who needs to carry around a laptop.

Good computer for older kids and adults. Thanks to COVID had to buy it for virtual learning

I researched a lot on which MacBook to get. I am in college and only use it for basic needs as well as a lot of Netflix/ Youtube watching. There was a lot of talk about the laptop overheating but I have yet to experience that. This laptop was a great investment!

The Mac is light weight and has good amount of storage. Color options were perfect as well.

I have been an Apple products for years now and I can truly say it’s one of the best products. Yes it’s expensive but you get what you pay for. Price range is insane but truly last a long time if you take good care of it just like anything really.

This is my first MacBook I have always gone with HP but I am loving it so far. Its definitely much different than the other operating systems and it took some time to get used to using the different features but overall I am loving it so far. Carla

Maybe a little too expensive for what it is, but it's a solid lightweight laptop that gets the job done.
