So far so good. I've disabled the iCloud desktop to save space, but the computer is a great tool for work. I actually purchased it for good price since best buy price matches, which saved me a lot of time from having to drive around.

Daughter needed for school plus I use for zoom calls. Very fast. Wish wasn't so expensive!

It is great. My Kid likes it so much. Only thing the price gone down by $100 after I bought this. As a loyal customer you may consider to pay back. Also lot of money to spend on other stuff like mouse, USB convertor, Ethernet convertor etc...

Another superior Apple product. My last MacBook was getting a bit slow and outdated, so it was great to upgrade to this newer model. Always so pricey, but you get a great laptop if you can tolerate the premium you pay for Apple.

I loved it. I bought this for my cousin, the gold color is so pretty. I really liked the new keyboard. I bought the one from last year 2019. But I really liked the new keyboard. I love apple products. So easy to use and long lasting.

Love the computer I just dislike that I had to buy a separate adapter just to use a flash drive

Quite expensive for such a small device but its serving it's purpose for my daughter who's a teacher. She's been wanting a MacBook for some months and was really surprised. She's been doing some amazing things with it. She's very pleased!

Pretty good sistem, battery life is insane, first time using mac, not bad at all

Great little computer for personal use. Plenty of storage since I use a lot of iCloud storage for files and pictures. I use it for personal usage to check email, browse web sites, do occasional documents with Pages. Use PowerPoint on it. Pleased with my purchase. As always, it is over engineered for a computer that Apple may announce that they are replacing the CPU and other parts with an ARM processor at the WDC 2020.

Bought my MacBook online, picked it up from the store 3 hours later.. Considering that people are shopping for the holidays and this pandemic, the service was great. Every associate that walked by, asked if we needed any help.

I’m still trying to learn about the purchase. It’s a beautiful laptop and lightweight.

Overall the MacBook Air is a great computer but if you need this for camera use do not buy!!! The quality is horrible and when I contacted Apple support about this they said it’s not the camera that’s bad but the screen that makes it bad. I wind up returning it because I couldn’t take it since I needed this for zoom, Skype, and FaceTime use...

So far, so good. I still need to upload MS Office, but so far it's fast and responsive.

The laptop is heavy and sleek the performance is good but the battery does over heat a lot

Ot could be better with it getting hot fast and I prefer a touch screen instead.

Usually when I buy a computer at Best Buy, they configure it before bringing it home, but this time, after picking it up at the store, I had to call the Geek Squad to configure it over the phone. Once that happened everything was fine.

I love this laptop.It is easy to use and has a variety of programs that make it easy to use.

We have owned a MacBook Air for more than three years now, now that my son needed a laptop we didn't think about any other model or brand. MacBook Air is versatile, user friendly, optimum quality and has great user support.

the customer service I received at the store at the time of purchase could've been better. I am very satisfied with my purchase though, really needed it for school and this was the only place in El Paso I could find a MacBook in stock.
