very good computer except the camera quality doesn’t meet expectations

I truly enjoy using this model. I don’t use it for gaming. I typically just browse the web, watch videos and type papers. It’s done everything I need it too. If you’re on the fence, I’d honestly recommend you go for it.

Purchased for my daughter. Everything works fine but the screen is VERY sensitive… Let me stress sensitive… Since I purchased the screen has cracked twice. Do not purchase if you don’t plan on getting Apple Care. Other than the screen being sensitive it is perfect!

My son is 20 years old and he absolutely loved it however I’m more of an touch screen personDon’t like dealing with all the buttons you have to post and stuff to move up and down and what not. I was just under the impression that it was a touchscreen I guess because he said touch ID a little misleading to me. But as long as my son is happy with it I am happy with it,

Great even though I’m starting over, never having had a Mac computer before. I thought it would be like my iPad & iPhone. It’s not. Slowly but surely I’m finding my way around. It has the best keyboard I ever used.

I was deciding between a chrome book, PC, or the MAC for virtual subbing. I was told that I’d be better off with Windows or IOS. I hate Windows so it was a no brainer. Apple products are so much easier to use.

All around it is a great laptop ! Not only is it a great laptop but I got a lot of help with paying it as well. As a college student it is pretty difficult to fork out money and I given help on how to finance it

It was a graduation gift and She's very happy with it. I received a picture of her first classwork on her new laptop. I made the sacrifice to get her the top of the line and I believe it was a good choice.

Got this to replace a two year old MacBook Pro that the screen died on after light/moderate use. Purchased this at Best Buy for price match and rewards points. Recommend seriously considering Apple Care protection plan on expensive Apple products with spotty durability/reliability after standard warranty expires.

Camera is blurry and the battery dies very fast other than that very good laptop

My son complained about lag time moving between websites and programs with our main windows pc. Not anymore! He flies through his work and has no complaints. Works great with the music editing programs he uses.

Macbook is a perfect for my daughter's high school. No problem with Zoom.

What you would expect from a Mac. But the fingerprint ID has yet to work despite putting fingerprints multiple times. I finally turned off password entry. It’s glitchy with my video editing software. Otherwise good. Lightweight and the sale price out it in the range of an inexpensive pc laptop.

Computer is great. The sound is awesome! And so thin easy to carry around.

Really solid laptop however it does overheat easily and make a scary noise. I’m really bummed it isn’t touchscreen like apple step up your game. Quite expensive but you’re basically paying that for the brand.

This is a good MacBook for personal use if you have an external hard drive if not make the memory might not be sufficient for all your videos and pictures, I knew it, I bought it, I am happy with it

I don't use to buy those things on internet but this time I took the risk and it was so great experience. The laptop was in excellent conditions, it's charger and some stickers of apple brand. Highly recommended!

Amazing timing. The box and everything in it came in good condition. The box it came in traveled very nicely and when I got it I was confident that it was in amazing condition. Haven’t experienced any problems

Regarding a Macbook, not much to say hardware and software wise - kudos to Best Buy for great service which is what makes a difference when purchasing products of this type.
