Macbook is just what I wanted. I bought the open box. But I didn’t realize that the new late 2020 MacBook Air had released. The price wasn’t that cheaper from the new MacBook Air. This disappointed me

I am very satisfy with my purchase, however I did bought an open box one at first. When I got it in the mail and turn on it would not power up. I took it to best buy and they gave a me a new one, box not open.

Suggested item USB adapter. We bought my daughter this model from BB a bit over a year ago and got Best Buy points but now they don’t give points for Apple but was not told this in advance of purchase. Could have ordered it with BB credit card if I had one to get points after all but this was not information easily known ahead of time. My daughter likes the device so far.

This is my wife’s first laptop in quite some time. I got it for her so she can use something other than her work computer for pampered chef, and it is such a great computer it makes me want to upgrade my own.

We purchased this for our daughter who is heading off to college soon. She's super happy that it'll be more compatible with everything she does on her iPhone. It's all the laptop she will need for a long time.

I have purchases several Apple products from Best Buy and I always feel I am getting a good value. I used curbside pickup which worked great. This is my 4th Mac so I continue to be happy with Apple.

Laptop arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. It’s exactly what I need for school. Fairly easy to you. Anything you can’t figure out is just a google search away. Very satisfied with purchase.

Best purchase we could have made for our high-schooler. It replaced a Dell that broke down 3 times - same reason. Highly recommend - plugs seamlessly into all things with her iPhone and iPad...bravo!

I purchased this MacBook for my daughter for her freshman year in college it is a great investment! I only by Apple when my children graduate it is a necessity. I have one and my oldest daughter has one as well.

Got this for my daughter who is happy with it so far. Everything seems to be working well so far but the surface/top layer of the laptop can easily be scratched as you can easily see the lines/scratches on the surface. A little disappointed that it's not a touch screen, otherwise a much better laptop with touch screen and my kid would have enjoyed it more.

I was so excited to receive my new laptop and it came in perfect condition. The keyboard is nice and flat, the screen is wide and flat, and I am soooo happy! If you haven't snatched up this laptop yet, YOU SHOULD!

I live my new MacBook Air! It’s a great upgrade from my 2010 MacBook that I haven’t been able to use for a while. It does everything I need it for, just basic things for work and a little online shopping :)

The screen quality is bad compared to different brands at the same price.

Best Buy for the price and quality. Not my first time to buy this kind of laptop and will definitely buy more in the future. Always love Apple products! Surely recommend this to all people.

Apple makes a great product. Got this for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it. It took a little longer to arrive at the store but that’s to be expected due to a Covid delays now at days.

Its prettygood but it gets hot real quick when it cant handle somthing
