The laptop is overall easy to use but it would be much easier if it was touch screen. Also disappointed in the fact that you can’t download the FaceTime app. It prevents watching programs live. In fact there are several apps that I have on my iPad that I can’t download on this Apple laptop.

I drove to the store for a package I expected on a certain day per the option I selected, and was told I have to wait for an actual email. The package arrived a couple days later and I was alerted and made a second trip. Ok experience. Fast contactless curbside service.

This new model has retina screen and new keyboard, at $200 lower than old model , a good deal. Also it came in 3 days instead of the 7 they estimated.

Items are great! I've always owned a Mac so It was easy to use and so are the AirPods. Didn't know I needed a pair until I owned some for myself.

The new Macbook is slightly thicker than the old one, dont bother to buy a case, they dont fit. Im still waiting for the case for the new version.

I am glad I purchased this product. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. A little disappointed bc some apps things requires window but you can download windows. It is a hassle switching back and forth.

Works excellent! I mainly use for school, works well with Microsoft Word / Excel and so on. I also use for streaming videos and movies.

Bought for online classes due to COVID-19 and it works amazingly and is very easy to use. If you are thinking of buying do it, you will not regret it.

Love It my Niece who is a college student and she has been wanting one for years so she was shocked when she opened the box at Christmas
