    The staff at the store was amazing my dealing with corporate was very unsatisfying and if I had my way this guy would be fired. He was very unprofessional and needs to learn how to speak English. I wish I could remember his name. Thank You. None

    Works great. I've had MacBooks for work but never owned my own. Pick up took a while, but it was Black Friday so kind of expected. The only thing I'm not thrilled with is that Best Buy lowered the price by $50 a week after I bought mine. Oh well.

    My only issue with this Mac Air is the quality of the camera isn't that great.Tried face timing and wasn't clear at all got off and used my Iphone instead..My Mac Air that I bought in 2015 was much better.

    If you like Macs then get this. If you don't, then don't. Apple isn't gonna win over any naysayers with this laptop but if you are a fan of the Apple ecosystem or just like the shiny logo on the back then you should have no problems with this.
