    All of the salespeople and commuter jocks were polite and very knowledgeable. Made replacing my AirBook as easy as pie.

    I know it’s the holidays. But I’ve request curbside service. Once’s the emails confirmed pick up. I waited an hours and 30minutes of what’s suppose to be for curbside service. I followed the directions from the linked that was provided and request my location and car description for service. I notice multiple cars were receiving them items before me and they have just parked less than 5 minutes. I didn’t receive my curbside service after all. I had to stand in line to receive service. After almost 26 minutes later of heading home. I received a notification of curbside service pick up. Very disappointed of the service. Happy with purchase. Disappointed with service.

    This is my first MacBook, so I am not use to the the entire system. It is similar to using and iphone or ipad, yet different in it’s own way. There is a lot of things that I have to look up on how to use like features, but other than that I love it!

    Great lap top works well so far, all apps work well you have to buy port adapter but that’s a manufacturer issue not Best Buy’s
