I’ve had some issues worth the speaker but otherwise so far it has done well with all the zoom meetings and lessons for school.

It’s alright, if you’re a student don’t just buy a macbook because everyone else has one. My samsung laptop that was touch screen was way better but i gave it away so i couldn’t just return the macbook because i would be left with nothing. be smart with your purchases and save your money honestly. The employees were amazing though, it’s just the macbook doesn’t match the hype it gets. it gets dirty really fast

I love the MacBook Air I purchased on 9/13/2020. It did everything I ever wanted! I would recommend this but I like the pro better

Always love Apple products. Little miffed about lack of ports but I guess that's Apple's 'gotcha' strategy.

I haven't been a Mac user for a few years now. I'm still getting used to it. I like the sleekness and look of it, though.

So far so good! It came in pristine condition cosmetic wise and I’m hoping that it continues to function perfectly fine too!

Its good, however for $1200+ for a computer I expected not to over heat as fast and easy. Apple is such a over hyped product.

The product is great, the shipping on the other hadnd it said it would arrive in 4 days and it took 2 weeks, not very happy.

This is a great laptop especially for a student. Just takes a lot of brain power to figure out how to use. Would still recommend.

I like the look and the keyboard on this MacBook but it makes a loud noise when it runs hot. It also has issues with usb devices that are connected via adapter. I prefer the previous MacBook Air over this one!

It's another MacBook that will prob break out of warranty like they all do. Wouldnt get it but my daughter has to have one

Everything I expected. Great laptop, no issues. Great value. No issue purchasing. Salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable.

Being my first time having a apple mac-book, so far so good. Very different than my dell computer but overall quality is good.

Overall great product, I didn’t give a 5 star because it came with a scratch and due the pandemic stuff we didn’t return it.

Overall, it is a great computer for online school and office work, not so much gaming, and I haven't tried editing much on it.

Well paying so much one would expect everything to be perfect, unfortunately bluetooth sucks!.. When one turns bluetooth off for some reason (like reconnecting to previous stored devices or discovering new ones in case they don't appear), then we cannot turn it back on. For whatever reason it just malfunctions after turning off. One has to restart the laptop (really Apple)

I love the computer however the software system is experiencing a malfunction where it automatically logs you out very constantly.

I was looking for a new laptop since I needed a new one and many people would say that Mac are good and decided to get one

Enjoying my MacBook The only problem I’ve had so far is the incompatibility with certain websites and external Card reader.

I had the MacBook Pro 3 yrs ago and it was durable. I bought the basic model for kids home schooling. It served the purpose well.
