This computer was a graduation gift for my daughter, she loved it.

It overheats which is very concerning to me and i cant be on multiple things without it being slow.

My purchases were a birthday gift. Reluctantly I purchased from Best Buy primarily for pricing. I say reluctant because returning anything purchased from you historically comes with hassles. True to form the two items I purchased were not the ones the recipient wanted. As the recipient resides out of state it took time for me to get the items back to return, and because one had to be shipped to me initially I was only able to return that item as I was several days beyond your 14 day return policy, despite the fact these were gifts and still in unopened original packaging. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY AGAIN DUE TO AN UNREALISTIC AND UNREASONABLE RETURN POLICY. The attitude of staff whom I dealt with I felt was condescending towards me. There should be an exception to your return policy outside of requiring the customer to spend a certain amount to get to the standard retail return policy of a minimum of 30 days. Also, the coronavirus pandemic should provide for return policy exceptions, AND, with the store closing at 6 PM daily also makes it harder for consumers - I know of no other retailer that closes at 6PM.

Good computer. Great for college. Only waited one week for computer to arrive in store.

Easy to use. Would have given 5 stars but bestbuy shipped an empty box the first time around.....

Was not completely reset, still had info from previous user and was not updated at all.

So far so good other than the battery life. Dies a lot faster than I thought it would.
