    Disappointed. I have had macs for as long as I can remember. This laptop heats up and... you hear the fan all the time. I kept it because I think it may last long like my last MacBook? Actually, I kept it because it was past the return period.

    Beautiful laptop, excellent keyboard. Ran hot. I let it index for a few days and even in normal usage, ran too hot for my liking. Forums have mentioned that the copper pipe is not connected to the CPU and that’s why... Either way, I returned mine.

    Laptop has a wonderful design. Web browsing and watching videos seemed to be a struggle for the computer and started to get hot. I’d recommend to get the MacBook Pro instead or even the IPad Pro.

    Absolutely terrible service at the store. Actually saying "terrible" implies that service was given. In reality, I called four times, trying a different department each time, to not have anyone pick up the phone. I wasted over 20 minutes on hold. Unacceptable. I am surprised you do any business at all.
