Worst Apple Product I've ever purchased

I don't do anything on this computer at all but school. Just opening up videos for procedures turns the fan on. It's even louder when I stream lectures online. No other windows or programs are running with it. Bottom of the MacBook is open and unobstructed but still has this issue. Completely dissatisfied with this product. I purchased this without insurance because I've been a long time customer of Apple and their products are usually very reliable. Very different in this case.

Decent laptop
