I bought this laptop recently for my husband. I had the older model. The camera quality on this laptop SUCKS!! I work remotely from home, and I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this model's camera.

I actually returned this laptop because of the camera quality. I purchased this laptop mainly to use for my zoom online ballet classes however the picture quality was very poor, I was very disappointed.

We purchased 3 weeks ago. Up until this week it was i my used to stream movies, check emails, pat bills, and social media. At times it seems incapable of handling these tasks. It has shut off 3 times since I got it. The fan kicks on and it freezes. I would definitely have returned this had I realized within the 2 weeks that it wouldn’t be sufficient. I am very disappointed in apple for a thousand dollars you can get more in a laptop. We did get it on sale and it is very pretty, but other than that, I feel disappointed.

Love the laptop but the webcam quality is not good

not very nice- i was excited to save my money and not buy the pro but ended up doing so learning that it can’t handle a lot of usage don’t recommend for streaming, gaming, videos, movies etc. maybe for school and such but get something to control the fan

For some reason the webcam does not work well at all. Supposed to be HD, but it looks like the quality we would get 10 years ago. I can't even use it for work because of how poor the quality is. Surely this should not be acceptable for 2020.

Was disappointed to learn, after getting it home, that it had no ports on it. Especially for the money paid. Now I had to go buy a $70 adapter to plug in to get extra ports. Also this was something I think the sales person should have pointed out.

Can't go wrong with Apple but the price they ask for is way to much I can get a better laptop with better specs for either the same price or a lower price no 4k no big memory its ok as a light user but not if this is your go to laptop

So far not too bad barely been almost two and a half months that I've had the TV I did have s some issues just getting basic channels couldn't get them for a whole day so not sure what's up with that. Hopefully that won't happen again

Happy with the product but not happy about not walking out of the store with it . It’s hard to buy something but not actually receive it for couple Weeks . Other then that it’s an amazing product it’s the Second one I’ve bought at Best Buy

Good laptop for every day purposes. I’ve noticed it warms up very quickly during virtual meetings even after if I have nothing else running so if you have a lot of these, you may consider upgrading to a model with more RAM or even a pro.

I have had this computer for a very very short time and it is already freezing up on me with only a few applications open. Hoping it resolves itself as I chose Apple to not have issues.
