The problem started when they told my daughter who saved and bought this on her own and she is twelve that it would be there on Friday we went in on a Sunday so four days later we get a email your mac book will be delivered tomorrow so we made sure someone was home then Friday no show so we look and it says delay Monday delivery so Monday same thing no show so we look it says Thursday and mined you each day we are getting emails saying congrats your mac book will be delivered tomorrow so anyway it took 16 days to get and a bunch of phone calls and BestBuy answering service saying sorry ten times but can’t do a thing we learned don’t go to BestBuy

It wouldn't let me use the fingerprint option when I log in, so I tried fixing it by adding another fingerprint and it still didn't work. I had to reset my laptop back to factory settings just to use my fingerprint again.

This operates as you'd expect for a shiny new mac: no hiccups, etc. But I certainly expected a longer lasting battery from the Macbook Air. I sit here typing for a few hours, not asking much from it, and just watch it drain.

This computer is fine for basic tasks, but don’t expect much more than that. Ideal for web browsing, document editing, and light programming. Not ideal for photo editing, video editing, memory intensive applications, etc.

MY HUSBAND BOUGHT ME A MACBOOKAIR FOR MY BIRTHDAY ON MAY 30TH 2020. I RECEIVED MY MACBOOK AND WHEN I ENTERED THE PRODUCT KEY MICROSOFT WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR MEMBERSHIP. I DONT UNDERSTAND! SO I STILL CANT USE WORD ETC AND IT WONT LET ME LOG IN TO MY OUTLOOK ACCOUNT. IVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE BUT IM PLACED ON HOLD FOR OVER 1 HOUR, WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE, IM RETURNING THE DEVICE BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESNT WORK, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN HILL BTW :(

Bought this macbook air for my wife on Oct 5 to use to teach over zoom, and the camera is horrible. It is grainy and pixelated. Brought to an apple store and they acknowledged that the camera is the worst ever used for an apple product, and it just is how it is. Very disappointed. To make it worse, a new version of the macbook air came out the next day with a "new and improved camera".

I like it besides the screen going black sometimes when plugging my adapter to charge my phone I don’t know what that’s all about don’t expect this when you pay $1200 for a laptop other then that it’s great

I’ve had to return this MacBook Air. The heat and fan noise was just too much for an new laptop. Then later I realized (shoutout to YouTube Video Reviews) MacBook Air models have a a design flaw that eventually will fry either the processor or the screen therefore the low price. something never seen on Apple Computers. Avoid this mode at all cost and hope this review will be of any help.

I got this as means to use for internet surfing outside my workplace. But I always felt this machine is under powered. I wish I had spent an extra 100$ for a much more powerful macbook pro

I'm new to Mac and I'm not crazy about it, I'm continuing to learn and navigate. I don't like having to hunt for a scroll bar constantly. I'm still determining if Apple is more user friendly.

I ordered this laptop for my daughter to work from home for school. First I wanted to pick it up from best buy and it was sent to my house. Second it was bad out of the box and I took it back to exchange it for a good one the geeksquad took it to repair it instead of giving me a new working one. I am paying for a new laptop not a refurbished or repaired one. and trying to call in and get this straightened out I was hung up on several times.

She didn’t think it was worth it considering the cost and performance comparable to a 2017 MacBook Pro. The Air is thicker now at the thicker side too. So thicker, pricier, and more expensive=no go!

This is the second MacBook Air I’ve owned. It stopped working about a week after I had it I wasn’t able to get a mouse or use any keys it just totally locked up. I had to return it.

I got my MacBook Air on 7/12/20. It worked great up until about 2 weeks ago. It now overheats and kicks the fan on high and I can’t seem to get help fixing the issue. Rather frustrating.

Apple should definitely include a USB adapter. Everything is saved in the cloud, so if not enough storage you have to purchase more memory/space. Camera resolution is terrible.

The laptop is great For school work but the quality for FaceTime is bad and the laptop is slow, you can’t really do a lot, but it’s a great laptop if your using it for school.

I got the computer for my nice she is 9 years old And she complained about It’s a slow computer but she loves the clarity and she is learning a lot about computer skills

This MacBook was immediately returned - camera is worse than my MacBook from 2015! Very sad that Apple hasn't improved the camera at all. It's a shame that the camera isn't better for the price you pay for this laptop. Also, it's TOO thin. I think they've taken the whole idea of compactness and gone a bit too far. I much prefer the old MacBook Pro. Sorry, Apple. This time I went with a Windows Surface instead.

Although I like this apple product I'm Very Disappointed with the font size options!!! Also no one @ Geek squad or when I called Apple tech help could adequately make a good fit

It's a great computer but for school work its not the best. Frankly should've went for something cheaper and more efficient. Wish I could return it but I can't. oh whale.
