The Sound setting is not good we tried with different kinds of head phones as the result of this we returned back and got HP which is better than your apple sorry about that

I got this product from Best buy. I didn’t buy Best buy warranty. (Maybe it was my mistake) First it worked ok but it suddenly not turning on. No sign of any power. But I cannot return it cause return date passed for 2 days. So Best buy said they cannot do anything about it. So now I’m waiting my appointment at Apple store to get it fixed. That’s why I’m not happy at all about it.

This is my first MacBook and it was kinda hard to use at first I expected it to be touch screen sad to say it isn't also in my opinion the touchpad is a bit on the larger side

It was sorta glitchy setting it up still debating if i should send it back but overall pretty good might have just have been the one i got or might've been tossed to hard idk

I love the color. It's a little different that what im use to. Should have gotten a pro but they didn't have this color in stock. This one is a bit slower that the pro.

Not the best but not the worst. Kinda wish I got the pro but it def gets the job done. The overheating kinda sucks at times but I still love my laptop

It's an apple over priced and easily breakable make sure you get the protection plan because it is fragile. However if you are careful with it you'll be fine maybe

The camera’s quality is far from my expectation. Is it 2020 laptop, but the camera is from 20 years technology back!

Great product however delivery sucks from BB. Delivered to incorrect address which I was responsible for locating carrier to notify after picture identified

Good but it can't handle having a lot of tabs open. school has mostly been virtual (on zoom) for me so this is annoying.

I'm an avid apple user and lover, and this was such a disappointment - what garbage. Had it less than two weeks, and it's already having a multitude of issues. It green screen glitches, it will not wake up when it goes to sleep and requires a reboot, causing me to lose my work and start over. Do not recommend.

Got the wrong color, even though the tech said it was the rose gold I got home with the silver one...other than that its a learning curve since I'm a PC person

product has good reviews not happy with shipping at all, was left in mailbox didn't not sign for it called to complain about not getting it mail person left in mailbox really sursprised it fit in our mailbox. we do have larger size mailbox. was suppose to be delievered to front door and signed for per instructions on delivery and wasn't done properly for a high dollar item poor shipping I did not sign for it per instructions and mail person notes said I signed for it.

Product was great for my child that’s going to college. But making the purchase at Best Buy instead of Apple made me lose the 20% off AppleCare and the free AirPods

This wasn't really what we were looking for. we actually wanted something a little smaller and something with a little more space and power.

I'm not sure but I think the mac has opened and tried to configured the system. When I opened the mac I had to reboot reboot to configure the system again

This computer is great for video editing! If I could go back I would purchase a gaming laptop instead because the Mac isn’t compatible with Call of Duty

Fast but the camera is super blurry. I wish they make better for the camera.

Not happy. Video on zoom is fuzzy and the mic picks your voice up better then your on the left side of the Mac. Do your homework before you buy it.

I purchased this laptop for my granddaughter for school. Thought something that would last and quality. Well when we decided to use it it didn’t work. Covid came and to our surprise the warranty had expired. So upset because I lost 1000 dollars and no one wants to fix the issue on a brand new Apple iPad. I was told Best Buy had no problem with repairs for the merchandise. Not true
