Purchased open box deal. The laptop looked great loved it except someone else’s Apple ID was still logged in and I couldn’t access it

Grainy camera. My 15 year Toshiba laptop was better. Called Apple, sent it in for repair. Which was fast btw 4 days. They did some things pertaining to the cam but didn’t replace it. Returned to store within my 14 days. Google it, lots of problems on line with the camera. Must be a manufacturing problem. Don’t buy a MacBook until they solve it. Using low pixel cam.

I’ve waited a while for a MacBook. With me going back t school it’s simple enough but sometimes runs to slow. I might trade it in for a MacBook Pro

Have not used it yet as I do not even know how to turn it on. I was not made aware when purchasing it would take 4 ot 5 days to transfer data.

The bezel is really easy to crack especially if you are heavy handed...just be extra careful with it. Especially the laptop in general

I don't know if it's my WIFI but I can't watch any videos on YouTube, it doesn't load at all. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work.

It more like a tablet but is very good it fast and very CNN ominiun good fast and very little

It's a good laptop. Nothing really special. No more magsafe. No more Apple lighting up the back of the lid. It is just another laptop.

I don't think I've ever been so upset over a product. I honestly feel like I was duped (by Apple, not Best Buy). I was so excited to get a new laptop to replace my old MacBook Pro that had slowed down considerably. This MacBook Air is just an iPad with a keyboard attached. I knew it didn't have a disc drive but didn't realize the only ports were Thunderbolts. I have to buy an adapter if I want to plug in my mouse, second monitor, etc. Oh, and there's a headphone jack, so I need ANOTHER adapter if I want to use the earbuds that came with my iPhone. I tried to transfer my files from my old laptop to the new one, and there wasn't even enough space! So now I need to either buy an external hard drive or pay for additional storage space on the cloud. This thing is such a rip off. Don't waste your money because the price you see here is NOT what you will pay to get an actual functioning laptop at the end of the day. I already have an iPad. I don't need two of them. I will be returning this. The new MacBook Pros have the same issues with adapters, and I'm now very wary of Apple. I'm going to look into a PC laptop or possibly desktop -- wish I didn't have to spend the extra time and expense figuring out a Plan B.

I purchased a refurbished Mac book air unfortunately did not work out it would note stay charged had to return and purchased a brand new one

Is an Apple Mac book, so is great, over priced because is an Apple Mac book, wouldn’t have bought it if not for Black Friday price

Computer works great but the camera quality is horrible on the new macs compared to older generations

Well this is not a review to recommend buying this product. Within 4 weeks the bottom row of keys started to go out.... 4 weeks after that totally out of commission. Geek squad said Apple products are 7 weeks out for repair.. NO WAY This was for my daughter to take with to college and 7 weeks repair time was not acceptable. Ended up buying a Dell for her from Best Buy. Used Apple laptop with malfunction keyboard FOR SALE.

Has trouble running some applications. Works fine but is not useful for college.

The right speaker sounds muffled, was like this when I first got it. Other thank that, I love the keyboard and it is very lightweight!

Returned this, you can buy the new 2020 M1 processor for not $100 more, long term the newer computer is worth the extra $$$.

This laptop is only ok. It often has to be turned on and off to get a screen other than black. It has several difficulties.

I am loyal to Apple products and so this is the least expensive of the line of laptop products. Its basic but gets the job done.

My 2nd Macbook Air...first one returned because of heavy pixelation upon shut down...the current Macbook Air comes with no instructions-no real offer to teach me a new laptop (I'm from the PC world) nothing works the same and my Geek Squad Macbook class isn't for another week--I'm seriously considering returning this laptop (again) for an easier to use PC. Sad but the Apple support is pretty lame...
