MacBook is not a cheap choice comparing to other laptops. however, the device I got there showed a flaw on my keyboard, looks shoddy, instead of being delicate and finely made what it should be.everytime I touched the space bar I feel annoyed.

Not good enough as a go to computer

Done expect to edit even the simplest video, music, or picture. It’s fun to use as a college student or a writer, but in no way shape or form is this for a creative person.

Open box refurbished bad battery life.

The internal speaker drops often and you must use headphone until it decides to repopulate. I don’t like the one I purchased. I should’ve knew not to purchase an open box item

Apple Care has been less than capable of fixing the issues, as well. In fact, every time I take it in for them to fix one problem, it comes home with more issues. First, the screen was going green. They fixed this concern but returned the computer to me without working Bluetooth. To remedy this, they replaced the internal antenna (which did NOT fix the problem). Within 24 hours of returning home from our last service visit, now the hinges are grinding, popping and the screen is once again going green. This all started happening within 6 MONTHS of purchase. My 2015 Mac, which was supposed to be REPLACED by this 2020 model, is far more dependable. Run as far away as you can.
