Could be better

It does our very quickly. The only way the battery will last more than four hours is only if it’s plugged in. I got a macbook because I have an iPhone forever but it’s just not the same.

DON'T RECOMMEND. I WOULD GO FOR THE MACBOOK PRO.

Will not charge

We are out of town and can’t take it back until after next week. I’m hoping that Best Buy will exchange or fix it because she’s barely got to use it.

It doesn’t deliver enough power.

One of them won’t work. I also had to purchase a new remote disc drive because it didn’t deliver enough energy to power my Apple remote disc drive.

i3 Processor Freezing

Returned and got a different model with i5. Also the Trackpad has a different color than the computer shell itself (Rosegold Model), looks cheap. No camera lock like Lenovo yoga has. Backlit Apple logo is gone. Apple goes cheap.

Unfortunate!

At first I thought it was just battery charging issues but now it seems that the issue is more of a motherboard problem. Cost of repair is more than worth of the laptop now unfortunately. Too bad. I was starting to like the dependability and ease of another Apple product but I suppose there are lemons in anything purchased nowadays.

OS was poor

I’ve been an apple consumer so this should be not that hard. I bought MacBook Air just a month ago. I had fingerprint set up to log in but eventually after weeks of idle, it did remember my fingerprints. I was told to reset the software but it froze the process. So I had to send it back to store to reinstall the OS. It got fixed but then the techsupport forgot to give the password to get into the software to use it. Now I’m stucked waiting for tech support to call me back. This is not what I had expect from this product.
