Loved the computer but when something went wrong with the screen less than a month after purchase Kolby said it was physical damage and not covered by apples limited warranty. Well when I called Apple they had it repaired and returned in 2 days.... at NO cost. It definitely was covered by the limited warranty. Need better customer service Best Buy!

This laptop was a quick decision buy and helped me get through my college degree with a breeze! Would definitely buy again. So lightweight and easy to use.

its just too big, I need to go back to the 11 inch I love the tech stuff with the computer but it honestly does not fit in my purse

This was supposed to be a brand new computer that I ordered online and picked up at the store. It was given as a Christmas present to my son for college. The first time he used it, it said it needed to be updated. I don't understand why a brand new out of the box computer has to be updated. He has tried to update several times and still not working. It will be going back for the amount that I paid it should work!

My mac book air is not operating like it should! Not even a year old - last than 6 months. it is the mouse, Gonna return it.

Could not believe this expensive laptop was dropped off on Sunday evening at the complete opposite side of the apartment building not only otherside but on the second level vacant apartment. Could have been stolen If the neighbor didn’t see it since she wondered why a box was left at the door step of empty apartment. I can’t imagine if it was stolen and I was responsible? My neighbor was home all day waiting and never heard a thing

My curbside pick up was slow it took them 20 min to come out to my car, the store wasn't busy that day but over all she was very nice.

high quality product worth the cost. easy to use because I own couple of Apple laptops.

I need to return it. I cannot listen with headphones. It gets so hot as well. Very disappointed.

looked used.. good computer but for price we paid.. it was scratched when we got it from the box..a big hassel trying to return it.

My old laptop is broken just one day before my online summer classes, so I rushed to the store to buy a new one. Two weeks later, I found by accident that there was a $100 discount for students and another $50 general discount. When I call the service, they said my situation didn't meet any of the policy. Ok, the policy is the policy. Next time when I consider buying something here, I'll be more careful and hesitant.

It doesn't make sense to me why you'd include a screen with a 2560x1600p (a little above QHD), but have such a boneheaded thermal design that running a 1440p to 4k Youtube videos in Chrome causes the laptop to hit 100 C. See, the main issue is that this macbook has a CPU heatsink, and 1 exhaust fan, but they're not connected in anyway by a copper pipe...You know, like every laptop strategy to dissipate cpu/gpu heat.

I this laptop back at the beginning of August of 2020 and i didnt even have a monrh of owning it and it stopped working. I went to best buy to see if they can give me a new one and they told me tbey couldnt fo anything about it. Its disappointing that this macbook was brand new and just like that it was broken. I had no other choice than go to Apple where they have to repair it instead of replacing it.

Computer crashed suddenly. I can’t return it and apple won’t do nothing about it.

The computer worked great but after 11 days the screen was black. No matter how long I plugged it in and charged it the screen was black. You could hear it beep like it wanted to come on but never did, I call the black screen of death for my laptop because I had to return it. Even worse the replacement won't get to me until about September 10, 2020. I am now additional two weeks with no laptop.

Horrible laptop. Heats up really quick, shuts down often.

Exchanged this for an M1 MacBook, although I got this on sale the newest Macbook's blow this out of the water.

Quality is good, but hard to use. This computer was not comparable with college level computer programming class.

I bought my laptop a week and a half ago and it will no longer boot up. Not only will it not boot up in safe mode, recovery mode, or internet recovery mode but when i could get it to boot up the battery said it wasn't charging and the sound didn't work. At this point I'm not exactly sure why I decided to switch from a PC. I'll be going back to the store to see what they'll do for me.
