Not working right daughter brought in to get looked at .guy had a attitude n said nithin was wrong with it

I bought this MacBook to replace my old one and I’ve never had so many issues before but I have been getting this I’ve had multiple MacBooks in this one by far was the slowest!, It kept freezing, it kept shutting off by itself, then I found out it wasn’t even the newer model and this is the man with the head been recalled by Apple I wouldn’t buy or recommend this model MacBook Air.

Whenever I visit Best Buy it’s employee free . You are in electronic business. There is no one to explain.

This device is actually great if you’re not fun of playing epic games. The issue for me was about Fortnite, you can’t update to latest version and my son (the reason why I bought this Mac) got frustrated. I hope Apple and Epic games will find ways on joining together to continue helping people released stress and get entertained by playing online games like Fortnite.

I know a lot of people say “oh get this one if your not doing much on your PC” but guys let’s be honest we all know we’ll at least want to download the sims or play a free to play game, this is where things got devastating and clear to me this air is literally meant for minor schoolwork and Facebook/YouTube NOTHING MORE! if you intend on even doing Minor PC gaming RUN!!!!!!

Looks nice performs well but good grief super short battery life! Doesn't last beyond a couple of hours!

We bought this for a family member. What can I say, it's Apple. Extremely over priced as usual, lol.

MacBook was and still is a piece of art. Does what I need it to do and helped me out with class work, writing programs for my athletes, editing pictures and videos!

IT WAS USED BUT I HAD TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK ON IT AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS WORKING FINE!!!!

Product was defective. Took out of box turned on fine at first. Shut down properly and the subsequent attempts to start up, only had a black screen with lines in it. Brought back to store purchased from, they had no replacements available. Sales associates were less than helpful in suggesting alternate available laptops. Returned product

extremely dissapointed with the quality of the webcam, other than that the computer works fine

The charger has stopped working and the unit is not even a month old. Not acceptable!!

It is very slow and overheats a lot. I only like is because it is easy to use

Do not buy. I have had it for several weeks and have not been able to use it at all. It won’t charge and it takes at least an hour to boot up. I like my Lenovo a lot better. I have an iPad, Apple Watch, Aip Pods and an iPhone and this is the worst Apple pitcher I have made. To spend so much money, I’d expect it to work as such.

Bought this item for my wife early December now one day after she opens it for Christmas it’s showing this blinking folder and the Mac store is saying to exchange it for a new item but bust buy in Salinas and marina has had both of my phones on hold for over an hr so yeah this item is not worth the headache get them some socks

Mike a BB rep. Abrasive , rude and condescending . Ten different times on 2 different days. Finally told him that I found it necessary to terminate the call. And that I would be reporting him to BB I had an apt on April 15 waited nearly all day. For tv install only to discover that he Mike cancelled my apt.
