This laptop will do anything with ease, a great option for school work and being productive in general. Have been using it for years and it has not failed made. I’d recommend going for the M1 if you want an upgrade in almost every way.

I’m in LOVE with my MacBook! I could not get through college without it. It’s so easy to transport. I bought mine 3 years ago and the battery life is the same as it was when I first got it. If you need a sign- this IS your sign!

Slow.. my third Apple, to replace my MacBook Pro. Changed mind and returned it.

i used it for the zoom meetings for schools and the battery isn’t exactly the best

I never got my Macbook air Delivery I always get my electronics to pick up but this time online did not give me options for justo for shipping, It was a Christmas Gift now I have to wait for investigation that is not. Fair they never ask me for signature and they said I Sign for that I receive the purchase.

i purchased a macbook and 2 weeks later the screen had a glitch , i called customer service and explained to them they couldn’t help. i went into my local bestbuy and no one could help me either. i was told i have to pay 500 for a new screen... 2 weeks after i bought a brand new laptop.. terrible customer service

I'm having weird shut down issues. The reports are being sent to apple so you can see how frequently it is happening but something isn't right!

Not worth the money! Only had for a month and the right arrow key fell off. Apple will not fix and want to charge $500 for a new keyboard when the key could be fixed. Apple is way overpriced. I will not purchase Apple products again. My cheaper laptop lasted years without any part breaking!

My laptop was incredibly slow, wouldn't sync my iCloud, was smudged as if it were previously used-though I purchased a brand new laptop. When I ran its first update two weeks in, it stopped working. During my finals week! Thankfully Best Buy accepted the return and I upgraded to a MacBook Pro!!!

I thought because it was newest model it would be better and faster! Not at all my 2014 model ran faster and the battery life is terrible and the screen brightness sucks and is all splotchy out the box! Wouldn't recommend this item!

After very little usage the Apple Mac air stopped working

My MacBook completely stopped working. Very frustrating and I’ve tried to trouble shoot it as much as possible. Won’t turn on, won’t charge. Please advise, my “return window” ended already but I just bought it in December 2020. I would like to know what my options are.

Mouse pad stopped working, went into store and said they couldn’t help and I’d need apple to work on it even though it was still under warranty and still is. NEVER buying a product from you guys again especially getting it shipped. Shame on me and shame on you guys.

Purchased at Best Buy outlet as old stock. Turns out it was repackaged and confirmed by Apple store as refurbished. Didn’t even get to use as the fans kept on blowing. Got the m1 versions instead.

This laptop works great....but......Major downside - it dies so fast. The battery life is like maybe 1 hour of me watching presentations for school and it’s almost dead. Super disappointed. Paid a lot of money for this thing, and it was brand new.

Have a major problem with it freezing. The computer often restarts itself and then gives an error message when it is back on that it restarted because there was a problem. Does not say what the problem was. Using mainly to edit pictures and browse the web.
