I bought this MacBook for my son for college. It wouldn’t hold a charge. I took it back to Best Buy. I received a little push back but after requesting to speak to the manager the laptop was returned and exchanged for a new one.

I really love this laptop to get work done. I like to bring this into Starbucks or another cafe to work and it is very compatible and easy to bring around. It is compatible and very lightweight. A con I have with this is that it heats up rather fast. Other than that, it is very fast and the wifi is stable.

In light of things going on, and the value I have for free speech, I certainly would NOT have made this purchase. That being said and in FAIRNESS to apple my review of their product is not reflecting my fair opinion,

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter who starts Auburn in January for her Master degree she had a Apple computer in high school and same one through 4 years of college she likes the Apple MacBook before

Buying online was easy, but delivery was 12 days past delivery date stated when I bought it. BestBuy support couldn’t track it or cancel the order. Totally missed Christmas . Had to go to the trouble of returning it.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Purchased in Nov 2020. Motherboard went out in July 2022. The repair is $200 more than the original cost of the computer. Piece of junk.

Best buy attached my applecare+ plan to a different macbook. The serial numbers do not match up and it has been a huge headache. Hours on hold and still no resolution. Disappointed Best Buy.

Someone at your store stole my credit card number and tried to make a purchase. The same thing happened after a purchase I made at your store a couple of years ago. I think I’m done buy electronics at your store.

The macbook was sold with an activation lock on it. Afterwards, all macbooks have been sold out since and the $50 sale price is now invalid. Total burn. Do not buy an open box macbook. It can not be trusted.

It has only been two years since I bought this thing and already the battery is dead and not charging. Super slow. Do not recommend it . Save your money

Another Apple piece of trash. In less than 1 year stopped working. $ 1000 + paper weight. Will never purchase another Apple produce or another compute from Best Buy

The second day Of using my $1500 Apple computer. The charger box for my computer DOES NOT WORK!!! On my $1500 computer. Best Buy is 30 minutes from my house. I called all day but no response.

Got this two months ago, trackpad stopped functioning in the middle of a project leaving me stranded and not knowing what to do. Really had high hopes for this device. I am extremely disappointed!

This purchase was my very first Mac. I originally bought it for school. I’m a digital media student. I researched and asked my professor what type of laptop would be best for editing and digital media, Apple vs others and all lead to Apple. I purchase this baby in 2020, it’s 2024 and she’s still going and works wonderfully. Super easy to use, not complex at all.

I ordered a geek certified laptop. I received a dirty laptop without certification that in no way was inspected or professionally clean. Buy at the apple store, don’t waste your money in bestbuy

Huge deception for my first mackbook , not working well battery runs every 3 minutes it dropping low . I had to go ceci in store and wait for another one hopefully this issue is not general

I wish it did not make noise. I asked a couple of people at the store and they all said because of the slim body, the noise cannot be avoided. I had to return the laptop.

This an absolute pile of garbage. It is less than 6 months old and has become slow and loud. The only thing I use it for is school, and it cannot handle Microsoft Word...

Can not connect to internet. Tried to copy all details from my mac Air. Still no connection. I bought this as an open box and can not get rid of previous owner settings.
