The laptop, although returned by the previous buyer, holds up quite well. The product is durably made and extremely user-friendly, compared to cheaper laptops made by competitors on the Windows platform. I would definitely suggest this product.

Expensive but Efficient

I love the size, for what I need it for. What I don't like is the need to spend so much money getting the extras. You get the computer at a price you'd expect for an Apple product, but you have to spend so much more for extras when you have no other options.

Very helpful for the immune compromised! The laptop is great so far! I purchased to replace my 2013 MacBook air. I stick to apple devices as the quality is high, OS is easy to navigate and they tend to last a lot longer than PC's. Performance is great for light applications and web browsing.

Let me go quickly from technophobe to enthusiast

First computer, bought only to obtain my veterinary C.E. Geek Squad guys super helpful first few days. Glad Apple is so intuitive so I started exploring, getting there hang of it, installed Zoom myself, got first seminar C.E.. Now I am using it several times a day, get weather, medical info. Easy. Fun. Super graphics. Love it.

Good upgrade from an older MacBook.

I just wanted an upgraded computer and I’m very happy with my purchase. It does bother me though that there isn’t a USB port and you have to, of course, buy a USB-C cord in order to plug anything in. Otherwise I am very happy with everything about the newest MacBook Air.
