Purchase was for my daughter. She had an older Acer that was sketchy at best she was using for writing. She said the MacBook is super nice and does everything she needs it to. The style is very nice, it's very thin. Screen quality is excellent.

Fantastic little machine. Build quality is top-notch. We use it for browsing/iMessage and other macOS advantages (FaceTime, etc). We were a little hesitant at first since it's "only" an i3, but its plenty fast enough for our usage.

Considering I’m still learning about my new Mac, it is taking me some time converting from google machines to Apple. The info is clear cut and directions fairly easy to follow. I am now proud owner of iPhone, iPad and now a Mac.

I was so excited to get this new air. I'd read all the reviews and knew that the only thing that was harped on was that the fan would kick on and it would run hot if you push it too far. Also that it wouldn't be so much loud just annoyingly noticeable. I thought hey I just need it for some everyday tasks and to help keep me mobile. Well day one- I'm surfing the web like I usually did on my 2013 Mac Pro, multiple tabs open two windows and my note reminders and it kicked in. I didn't even know what it was at first cause I just didn't expect it. I tried closing some tabs, finally closed them all and it still stayed on. Finally I just shut it down and a few minutes later the fans went off. I thought it a fluke, till it did it again, then again... then I became aware of how many windows I had open and was always trying to keep the fan off and I don't know why- it was just annoying when it was on. Finally I was like forget this... So I had to send it back and purchase an older 2015 before all the issues started. Outside that fan thing it was beautiful and keyboard was great. Webcam still sucks, but its a beautiful machine. Just know if your getting it keep your headphones in or keep your tabs few and you should be fine.

For being the base model computer from apple I’m impressed! I came from an 8 yr old asus and when I got the iPhone I switched to Mac and I’ve been loving it. It syncs well with the phone. So easy to use and light to take with you.

During this Pandemic my Daughter is forced to do her online schooling on a MacBook from home BestBuy had the Best selection and best Price for our needs I would definitely recommend this place for any and all of your computer needs !!!

First time having to purchase a personal laptop since 2009, so I was pretty apprehensive about what I wanted for myself (fwiw: I had been using a MacBook Pro as a personal machine). I'd gone to Best Buy to scope out other laptops as I knew I had a decent understanding of Apple products and while the sales associate was helpful and knowledgeable to the extent that she could make solid recommendations based upon my needs, I ultimately ended up going with the MacBook Air as the Apple team at Best Buy seems to know the products considerably better (maybe because there are fewer of them? sure) and I felt confident about the decision to stick with what I know. Thus far, I'm very happy with the upgrade from my former computer and am happy to have had the continuity from one Apple product to another.

Open all the app very quickly. You can have open a lot of windows at the same time and left them open for more than 2 weeks and continue working very fast and don't give problems. The battery las 12 hours, the screen resolution is great.

I bought this for my son starting high school. Though the measured size (13.3") is smaller than what I am used to (I'm a non-Mac person), the screen didn't seem that small and the picture is sharp and crisp. The weight is very light, too, which is nice since he has to carry it around in his backpack. Overall happy with the purchase and Best Buys price and expecting this to last him through his high school years.

Bought for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. She uses it for college classes and the performance has been suburb. If you are planning on doing editing or other tasks that involves more memory, I would look into a Pro.

So far the laptop is working excellent. Even though I'm used to work with samsung laptop .at the beginning I though was not going to be possible. For me to learn. But it's easy and I really like it. Excellent resource to work.fast speed.

This is an awesome laptop for what I wanted it to do! I love how my iPhone can sync with the MacBook so I can get my texts and messenger messages on the MacBook when I’m using it. Runs great, has a good camera, and is a nice sleek design!

I purchased this item for college, and it works very well! When, buying it I recommend to pick it up at a designated location than to get it shipped directly to your home. My item was lost and went through a lot to finally receive it.

Great price and it came pretty quickly... right on time for the Holidays! I got it for my wife and she is so happy with it. The color is supposed to be gold but it looks more Rose gold which is perfect for her. No complaints!

Great laptop for school or business. The quality is awesome, very lightweight and definitely recommend for school students . I will recommend buying a USB adapter for the computer. You’ll need it for charging your phone , flash drive , etc.

Best Buy is the best. My other macbook pro died when I left Atlanta and found this on the drive back to Florida. Only one in about 500 miles. Best Buy online pickup service is great. Computer works great. Fast and highly recommended.

My daughter has been through several computers with her classes, within a year computer is slow. I have always had a Macbook and love them and they run like the day you opened the box even 7 years later! She purchased this and loves it!

This is the second Mac book that I have purchased and I honestly will never go back to a PC. Originally purchased this notebook for my 6th grader who is doing school virtually but now I am considering purchasing a new one for myself!
