I bought this MacBook so I could continue producing small amounts of music. It has a very sleek design and the keyboard has been updated. I bought the base model because I didn’t need anything special, but it can run everything that I have thrown at it. The particular color I have goes with my studio and I enjoy the fact that it also has so many available updates. I believe I will have this machine for a long time as it does provide many ways to update it’s hardware and software. I had it shipped to my home and it came exactly when it was supposed to in perfect condition. I thought it was a good value. I really like how they used recycled aluminum and the product seems to be very reliable. If you don’t already know how to use Apple products it is somewhat complicated to get used to, but I have an apple ecosystem in my house and everything is an Apple product. Since I have that ecosystem I can control almost everything in my house with every single piece of technology.

Had to get a new Macbook after my Macbook Pro (2013), and settled on this one. So far, I've run Chrome, Spotify, Word Docs and Excel docs simultaneously without any lag or fan turning on. I've also had multiple WebEx meetings where I'm transitioning back and forth from desktops to look at files, without any hiccups. Again, no fan came on. Furthermore, I've utilized a remote desktop to login to work applications, while having multiple other windows open, without difficulty. Yes, the laptop gets warm around the back end, but never unbearable. The fan only came on once when I had to reinstall MacOS. Save your money, get this one if you're a normal student/resident/human that doesn't do high grade video/picture editing. And no, you don't need to upgrade to the i5 for good performance.

I was in the market to buy a new laptop for school, as I’ve been using an old one from high school. I was between a few options but ended up going with this one. First, if you’re an iOS user/ apple user, this is probably going to be your best bet as far as features. Between this and your phone, you can pretty much do the same thing (text, facetime, retrieve safari data from the other, etc). I have never used a macbook, but I am pretty comfortable with using it now. It’s not too hard to figure out. The only downside that I’ve found is that the battery life does NOT last as long as it says. On the advertisement, it said up to 12 hours of battery life. This can go from 100% to 80% in about a half hour for me. I’m not sure why, maybe it could just be my brightness or bluetooth or something. Besides that, it’s a good laptop. Easy to carry/ move around with. Very slim so it’s not like you’re carrying a big bulky thing with you.

Let me start by saying if you need a case best bet is getting it from bestbuy vs amazon. This laptop is new and even though amazon vendors may SAY their cases fit this model they don’t so buy your case from here as well. I love my computer the color gives rose gold so guys.... note it. But as a female I LOVE IT. It’s very thin. I brought it to practice photo retouching on photoshop. You will HAVE to buy an adapter USbC to usb for this laptop to connect things. I have 13k+ photos and the more extensions I download on photoshop which now I only have 3 .... my pc lags. I probably should have brought one with greater memory but I’ll fix it to a way it doesn’t try to upload all 13k of my pictures. But I love my pc. The Touch ID option is my FAV.

I've had my Macbook Air for a little more than two years now, I had it since last February. It works perfectly, Even went got my sister-in-law the same one, maybe a month after having mine!!! Great Performace I love it for school and even work. It's Perfect! Definitely a great purchase for valentines day or a late birthday gift.

Very easy to use, light weight laptop charge time and battery life is excellent. Gave as a gift to my teenager and she loves it has all his Apple products Connected and managed through her new Mac air The new Touch ID makes it so easy to access the computer without having to type in password every time the computer goes to sleep mode.

I needed a new laptop to keep up with the load of dental hygiene classes I have on canvas and be able to load multiple things at once and this laptop is perfect!! Fast, light weight and the perfect size!! Took a little bit to figure out some of things but that was because I didn’t watch the video on how to use it.

I have had 3 Mac laptops, the one the Mac Air replaced was from 2012 and could not open a few programs that I need. That Mac had lasted 8 years so I only wanted a new Mac. I also knew that for one to last several years I wanted the most recent a 2020. I love this Air. It is so light weight that it is replacing my Ipad. I do all of our household finances on line and this is very comfortable in my lap. The speed is great for my needs. I also follow the national and state news on line. I am a 76 year old that loves all Apple products. Apple watch, I phone and I pad. This laptop is the best device so far.

I love this laptop. I initially bought it because my previous laptop, a chrome book, wouldn’t allow me to put Microsoft word on it. After receiving it I fell in love. I was able to complete my homework and it’s honestly become a staple item even after my classes have been completed. I love that I’m able to log into sites with just using my fingerprint like I was able to with my previous iPhone. I can also unlock my computer with my Apple Watch as long as it is near. Another perk is being able to answer my phone, listen to my Apple Music and text all while on my computer without ever having to pick up my phone. The one thing that I dislike about this laptop is the camera quality. I’d much rather take photos and FaceTime on my phone because the camera has a really grainy texture to it. Also, when it was delivered they left the package outside of my door (I live in an apt. complex) and no one ever knocked to let me know that it was there. Thankfully, I had the Best Buy texts set to where they’d let me know when it arrived and was able to get my package in enough time.

I bought this over a month ago, using the student deal that includes airpods with any of their latest models. Having said that, I was already getting a deal with 100 dollars off the marked price, BestBuy had the MacBook Air even MORE discounted, with another 100 dollars off. I WAS HOOKED. I bought my first ever apple laptop on my own, and the fact that it is a MacBook Air, LIGHT AS A FEATHER. since then I’ve used it for my summer classes, SO QUICK, SO EFFICIENT, I LOVE MY LAPTOP! not to mention the airpods they threw in, i am able to use the software from my iPad (Goodnotes) on my laptop, so I have the best of both worlds! I have my notes at the tip of fingers on either my iPad and my laptop! plus a feature that i didn’t know about, i Can link my iPad screen to my laptop, for a wider screen! AMAZING!

I’m so happy to have upgraded from my 2012 MacBook Pro to the Air. It is light weight and easy to carry in my bag. I enjoy the new Catalina IOS setup. It is fast and Efficient for simple tasks such as Internet searches, writing notes or listening to music. I highly recommend this computer!

Love this MacBook Air. I purchased the gold color, and it is beautiful. The price is fantastic. I have an earlier model Mac Pro, but have so much on it that I decided to add the MacBook Air for portable use and quick response. It is very user friendly, and I love the new features.

My daughter hasn’t actually been able to enjoy since she got in trouble 5 days bf Christmas. But I love it!!! Have all other apple products just never cared to get a Mac but ole boy am I happy this was a request. It’s light, moves fast and easy to get around. Pick up was easy!

I am a teacher and this product has made my life so much easier. It is straight forward, small and easy to use. It is super fast and I particularly enjoy the linking features to me phone and watch. This computer in extremely intuitive. I highly recommend the MacBook Air 13.

Amazingggg I love ittt. Best thing I could’ve ever bought this year. The laptop is very lightweight- it doesn’t seem to run slow compared to other laptops I’ve had. The screen display is very crisp, pays attention to detail when looking at pictures. & to top it off it’s so portable.

I love this computer! I especially love the color, which is more of a rose gold than gold. It’s very light and easy to use. I’ve always been a Mac user so I am very pleased with my purchase. The assistant at Best Buy was also great in helping me with my decision to purchase.

When I went to buy my laptop I had no intentions of buying a MacBook Air. After looking at all brands I quickly realized that this laptop was the best for the price. Apple stands by their products. It is small, light and packed with power. For my needs this is the perfect laptop.

I previously owned a MacBook Pro that I loved and it lasted me for 10 years, and I wanted to try the MacBook Air because it weighs a little less and than the MacBook Pro, and I will be traveling. Further, It was a few hundred dollars cheaper than the MacBook Pro, which was a plus. They are both great computers, but the MacBook Pro is a littler faster and it never over heated. I was surprised when the MacBook Air overheated after using it for a few hours. I almost returned it and exchanged it for the MacBook Pro, but since I only use my computer now for checking emails and surfing the Internet, I decided not to spend the extra money for the MacBook Pro. The MacBook Air is a great little computer and I highly recommend it to everyone.
