Became easy with this being able to have multiple tabs open and have your zoom meetings in the corner while you type notes or watch videos. I love my MacBook battery hours are wonderful and easy to store and carry around with you.

Get the M1 if you can

For general web browsing and MS office usecases it performs well. for any content creation the MacBook Pro is a better option. the improved performance and battery life of the M1 version is worth the upgrade as well.

I'm not a Mac guy myself, but my wife is all Apple....I can't blame her. It's very well built, light, fast and great overall. I'm glad I gave it to her for her birthday....she LOVED it.
