2nd Mac. So worth the $$

Couldn't afford a new one right away so I got a Chromebook to tide me over for a year. Was so happy when I was able to get this laptop. It's a mac. It works great, looks great and will last me a long time so it's worth the money I invested in it. Daily fiddle computer. Pay bills, play games, watch movies, surf the web. Recommended.

There's no usb ports and the keyboard isn't easy. It doesn't stand out as the pro does. Next time I would pick the pro vs the air.

Bought this for my wife

The laptop is light and thin which makes it easy for her to carry and use. The hard drive could be bigger- after installing additional software that 128 GB shrinks fast. Like other manufacturers there is a big push to cloud storage. There are just two USB-c ports ( thinner means less installed peripherals and ports). Some nice features: laptop turns on when the top is lifted. There is a built in finger print sensor. All metal case. Ability to coordinate Apple products, but like much of Apple's products, they are on the pricey side. Still getting used to Apple's world :)

I love this laptop, if only they had the touchbar

It is beautiful on the outside, a powerhouse on the inside. If it would have had a model with touch bar it would have replaced my MacBook pro. Only reason I removed one star.
