Okay... I Guess

No touch screen, no buttons on the touchpad (it make s a copy and paste into a really difficult process) , and having to buy a dongle to interface any other peripherals. I think this really is the last Apple product I will buy.

great laptop for the cost

Love my MacBook Air and would definitely continue to purchase my Mac products from Bestbuy as I've done for a decade now.

Weird shut down screen!

Only thing that kinda worries me is that when I shut it down it puts a green screen other than that it still works in great condition maybe gotta get up with apple to see why it does it.

Need a magnifying glass to read mail etc...... cant finger pinch zoom, no touch screen!!! But it's a apple that's all I can say.

I have been an apple user for many years and still had to search to figure things out. He has never had apple before and has not had a great time figuring things out.

Good laptop horrible customer service

When I give a review it details the product and service I experience. Laptop does it’s job and I’m happy with it. But the overall experience was horrible and hopefully Best Buy puts more work into hiring and training.
