It's a MacBook, you know what you're gettin.

My first MacBook

I chose it to get started with. It's quite different for this former Widows user but I am loving it! The display is so clear & it's so fast! It does all that I need it to do & I would definitely recommend.

Great Laptop and easy to use

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a Mac guy for many years and it was finally time to purchase a new one for home and independent contractor use. I had always used a MacBook Pro in the past and was a little hesitant to get a MacBook Air, but after comparing the specs and the price, I decided to try it out. I have not had a problem with this since I got it. I use it for a lot of things and with how many cloud services, iCloud and DropBox for example, all using smart sync that only keeps copies of your files as you use them, while storing them in the cloud when you are not, the small hard drive has not been an issues. The one think I had to do though, is I do photography on the side so I have an external hard drive I use to store my photos instead of on my laptop as I have done in the past. This is a minor inconvenience, but not a problem at all to adjust my workflow to make it work.
