The computer is great and easy to use, unfortunately I was not able to get a brand new computer and had to get an open box item. Now I have a small problem, because the computer Was not completely wiped and can’t get this issue resolved as of right now because of the covid19 I cannot return the computer to the store until this is gone. It’s very unfortunate that the computer was not inspected by the store employees and now I have to wait to return it because my kids need this for school at the moment.

My 15" problem plagued Macbook Pro died for the last time. I tried going back to windows but no......not for me. I decided to downsize to the 13" air with a lot less capacity - skeptical but hopeful! It worked out great! I love the smaller size, the screen is beautiful, and man is this thing lightweight whew, that 15" was a bear to carry. The only thing I really miss is the matte screen, I really am no fan of the glossy but that applies to any laptop, tablet, phone....all of which seem to have.

Great product. Lightweight and portable but delivers all that is needed for work on the go.

So much power in this thin, lightweight model. Use it mainly for photoshop and designing softwares. Runs them all smoothly!
