I have no complaints about the product or the service. I did, however, return it because I don't have time right now to master the learning curve of switching from years of Windows experience to a Mac. I was very impressed by the process and the customer service when I returned the product...very polite, no questions asked. They even "scrubbed" the drive while I waited so I could see that my personal ID had been removed. Thank you, Best Buy! (I DID replace the Mac with a Best Buy Geek Certified reconditioned laptop.)

Great laptop! Does everything I need it to do and more. The battery lasts a decent amount and the screen resolution is great.

Love my Macbook Air. However, I was a bit disappointed to find there are no ports. Had to buy an adapter. Other than that, great laptop

Bought this for my wife. She really loves it. She really likes the color although it should be called Rose Gold because it’s not just a pure gold color. I give it four stars because it is the Intel chip one not the latest M1 chip but it was $250.

Though they’re more expensive, I am used to apple products. This laptop is well worth the cost! Very durable and easy to take anywhere.

Great laptop! Got mine in the rose gold and just love it. This one is a replacement for my old Mac Air that lasted for seven years.

It works. It has its ups and downs for the model and the price, but it serves the function of being a device to work. Would recommend saving extra for higher models, but if you're on a budget get it! No problems yet. Will update if anything arises.

This Mac i5 definitely competes up against my i7. It's easy to use and runs so smooth. Plus the screen and body is beautifully built.

Excellent computer for remote learning. We use it for that and as the primary laptop in our house. Fast and has plenty of storage
