Open Box Item

I didn't look at it other than in the box but the associate and a different manager did. When I got home the unit was not only covered in something sticky there was fingerprints all over it the charger was damaged and the unit did not work at all. BestBuy graciously took back the item but I find it hard to believe it made it through there geek squad and the box was still marked excellent condition no damage. Someone definitely dropped the ball on this one.

Well constructed.

I haven’t had any heating issues with the laptop, but I would recommend going for the upgraded ram. Keyboard is a pleasure to use, but the mouse/trackpad is a little weird.

Good, but Catalina is buggy
