I've always used Windows. Only a touch used a Mac in the past, this however has been amazing. After a few hiccups, I quickly got into the feel things. I love the keyboard, lightning quick and has been able to manage all that I've given it in my work from home situation.

Typical good Apple quality. Easy to use, durable, great display and long battery life. Very light weight.

I have many Apple products. Most recently a MacBook Pro, which broke after 7 years. So, in order to get the new M1 chip, I had to buy a MacBook Air. I am very impressed! The speed, the sound and video is awesome! A noticeable difference from my "Pro".

I was looking for a second MacBook and while I looked at a few different places, I have found Best Buy to consistently to offer the best prices on the best products. Everything was delivered on time as promised and everything worked perfectly out of the box.

The improved keyboard of this Mac makes it really nice to type on, and so far I haven’t had any of the stickyness that plagued my 2015 12” MacBook. The color also leans more towards copper instead of gold, and it’s really quite pretty. Very satisfied with this product

Every thing I needed, LOVE the rose color as well! Mostly us this for music and photos as I have an immense library from years past. Also tons of old family photos, old MacBook Pro was not compatible with the new scanner. Happy with performance so far!

I desperately needed a new computer after having a pro for almost 8 years. I finally purchased an open box MacBook Air for a decent price. So far everything is great except I'm having to negotiate how many programs/tabs I have open to prevent the fan from coming on all the time. Zoom usually triggers the fan. Didn't have these issues with my old pro.

I absolutely LOVE my MacBook Air. This purchase exceeds my expectations. I love being able to get my email, FaceTime AND send/receive text all at once. The layout is smooth and super easy to operate . Best purchase I’ve made to close out 2020 !

Had to make a laptop purchase due to transitioning to working from home and my 7 year old hp not being able to keep up. Have always used PCs but have other apple products and got a lot of good feedback from friends on MacBooks so took the dive. I do 7-9 hours of teleconferencing a day and some word processing. This little guy was quick and way to set up, literally bought in the morning, picked up curbside at lunch, and was back to work on time that afternoon. I really appreciate the ease of the operating system and how seamlessly it connects and works with my other Apple devices. I love that I can run my call through it as well. The transition from PC to Mac was beyond easy and I probably won’t go back. I can not compare to older model on the keyboard, but this has a great feel. The trackpad allows you to move through screens easily and offers several features. Overall extremely satisfied.

The Product is sophisticated and a beauty. The weight is just perfect for me because I have to carry lots of gadgets at the same time, I am using an iPad as well as phone. For someone using HP and Dell in the past, I recommend Apple MacBook air.

After many many years contemplating should I purchase a MacBook I finally gave in. This is one big investment I DO NOT REGRET. Never enjoyed working from a laptop till now. So easy to use ... the feel is so natural. I LOVE IT and so happy with my purchase.

I’ve had my MacBook for almost a year and absolutely love it! This was my first MacBook and it’s perfect for college, with a great battery life and fast loading I can do many things at once. I would definitely recommend this computer.

The MacBook Air was a great choice converting over from my PC to Apple. It's an awesome device and battery life is very long! So far I've had no issues, just getting acclimated to the new software versus Windows. I would recommend this product to anyone!

We've owned multiple Macs, iPads, and iPhones over time, and there's a reason why we keep going back. From reliability, ease of use, compatibility with other devices, and ongoing Apple support when needed, we've had a very good experience over time.

Recently purchased a new MacBook Air Laptop to replace my old one. I cannot believe how well this laptop performs and how solid it feels, despite the light weight. The keyboard is vastly improved over my old one and has a better feel and response I think.

I've never owned a MacBook before and always heard great things so I finally caved and got one. I literally cannot stay off of it or picture my life without it now. Very user friendly/ simple to learn how to use. SOOO much better than a normal laptop

So far, so good! Great computer and definitely does everything for school and everything else that I could possibly need! I was originally looking at a chromebook, but so glad I made the decision to get a more versital computer that can do it all!

This computer exceeds my expectations, it's fast, has comfortable ergonomics and it's sexy! I love the fingerprint reader especially as I despise constant prompts to access Microsoft. I have 2 iPads, and iPhone 6S and now this little baby completes me.

I use my MacBook for school and work. It’s lightweight, has a decent battery life. I would only have to charge it once during work ( working 6 hours with the laptop on, zoom,google meets, presentations, videos, etc).
