I wanted to return a laptop I had purchased just before Christmas and had decided it was more than I needed or wanted to learn to use. I dreaded making this return as I had already put some of my info on it. I was needlessly worried. The young men at the South Elgin Best Buy, Kevin Miller and Geek Squad’s Andrew Sbarbaro, were helpful and made the transaction easy. Kevin made the return and found me the iPad Pro that I really wanted. Andrew erased the laptop so that I was satisfied that it was clean for a resale. He also show me how to transfer info from my mini pad to my new one. Both young men were polite and knowledgeable. They made my experience shopping at this Best Buy very pleasant and worthwhile.

With distance learning becoming the norm, getting something solid for my kid was crucial. Having owned a pro myself, I went for this since he does not need that level yet. He loves it and uses it for all his classes.

I just upgraded from a 2012 MacBook and boy does it feel like an upgrade. The quality is great, the sounds from the speakers is awesome and the laptop is beautiful. Great addition to my home office needs.

If you've had a MacBook Air, you know the drill. The new keyboard is much better. It's fairly quick for normal computer use (web use, mail, office work, watching movies, and playing minor games). The only drawback is this thing gets hot. They didn't build enough, if any, cooling heatsinks.

My previous laptop was a 2012 MacBook Pro. I have experience with Apple products, so it was an easy transition. I’m using it for my sophomore year of college, it works great and I love it!! No complaints so far!!

The MacBook Air that I bought works great. It is everything that I wanted. I have had windows laptops for more than 15 years. I am so happy with my MacBook that I will never own another windows computer again.

This is my first mac! I’ve had a HP for long and loved it but now I have my MacBook and it’s perfect! Light weight and works great! I have eveything Apple now so I love it !  I’ve had it for almost a month now !

Best device for college. Really. I would say if you need to lug something to class this is the best dependable device to do so. You could go cheaper but there are so many great student deals. Worth every penny.

My Daughter really LOVED HER SURPRISE! This laptop is versatile, light and compact ! She is able to do her work in style ! She loves how it links to iMessage and all other Apple apps she has on her phone !

Went to buy a new MacBook Air for my 4th year Vet School daughter and was very satisfied with the overall experience from getting a set time to enter the store (COVID rules) all the way through checking out!

This was the perfect MacBook for me. I use this in my spare time, nothing to crazy and I watch Hulu on it every morning! Also got to decorate it cute stickers! #Basic I love it... Thanks Apple, Thanks BestBuy!

I love the sleekness of this MacBook Air. It works great & fantasy display. Love it’s light weight which makes it easy to travel with. Must buy an adapter to use a USB item.

So far so good. This is my first Mac Laptop. I love it so far. Using the mouse pad is kind of hard. I might get a mouse to use separately. Runs fast and multiple things at once. Great for me creating my website.

This product has been great to me thus far! I don't have any complaints, I think it does everything I need. My biggest concern for looking for a laptop is having more RAM and a long-lasting battery.

This was a replacement Mac for my cousin and who Is a freshman in college. It’s the same model I use at work and I love it. We were so excited to see the short term holiday markdowns! Awesome deal!

This laptop runs very smooth. The screen is a little bigger than the last MacBook I had. The updated keyboard has made a huge difference. All my editing programs have been running top notch!

I wanted the flexibility of working other than just at home or at my desk. Now I can seamlessly switch locations and take my work on the road. Will also be great for my daughter going back to school use.

This is the Ferrari of computers. Sleek. Timeless design. DarkMode in Catalina is great. Space Gray is very attractive. New keyboard is amazing. Feels great. Stay hungry, stay foolish.

First time using macBook. I was using windows for a long time thought it would be tough to use macbook but it is not. Very easy to use. Very clear display and better performance than my previous windows pc.
