    Works well, only thing is for a student it was not the best as we had to get something to use USB as there is no outlets for anything.

    Easy to navigate. Much thinner and more slee looking than older models. The screen picks up prints like crazy so definitely recommend a cover.

    My final contact with Cristhian was excellent. However, for 3-4 days prior I attempted to resolve the same issue with multiple agents being on the phone for hours without success. The issues was to change a shipping address that Best Buy had wrong. If you'd like to review the chats and telephone calls the following are Case IDs and Reference Nos. Case IDs 255469326, 256116286, 256178825; Ref Nos. 256178825; 1-172834217310; 256295320. Kudos to Cristhian. He resolved the problem in less than 20 minutes.
