This is my first Apple Computer. I was a bit skeptical being a laptop /HP person. However, I decided to take the challenge and buy this. I am really enjoying getting familiar with it. I even managed to download some things onto it without any help. It is compact and I really like it.

This was my first Mac Air purchase. It still heats up rather quick, just like the MacBook Pro I had before it.

Awesome product, no hassle purchase. Light but powerful laptop, seamless integration with MS products. Good for students as well as professionals alike. Highly recommend product , have enjoyed this thoroughly over the last few days and would highly recommend this product to everyone.

I bought this for my daughter as an incoming freshman to college, as she said it awesome. Have’s everything she needs. It was recommended to me by my sister who is an IT Manager for the state of Massachusetts. She told me it will last her for all of her college years. Worth the money.

I love macs and so that’s why I got this. I just didn’t realize you had to have a certain connected for usb.

I mean really no USB ports? Apple trying to make this more complicated and have to buy an adapter. Disappointed in that.

This is a very nice laptop. I am used to using a desk top and I miss all the ports that you can plug into.

My granddaughter had to have a new computer for school. I purchased the Apple Mac Air to replace the no longer working HP. The customer service rep was very courteous and help make the purchase smooth and quickly. Very pleased with the product and the service.

Bought this for my daughter because it seamlessly integrates with all her Apple devices. Also handles Office products by Windows, so best of both worlds. Takes Thunderbolt connectors (USB-C), so the only Apple-approved mouse is the Magic Mouse unless you buy an adapter for USB A or B.

Made the decision to purchase the 2020 with Intel vs the M1. Strictly a budget decision as I preferred the increase in Ram and hard drive space for the price I could afford. Fed up with Windows based PC's, not a gamer, so I think this will be a good intro Mac.

Bought as a gift for my wife. She is a BIG Apple supporter so much that our home has begun to look like the Apple store. I really enjoy the quality and security that it provides for its customers. We also received free months of Apple Music as a bonus!!!

The Geek Squad has been a great help to me and it is good to know they are a phone call away if I have a question. Everyone I encountered in the store was pleasant ,courteous and knowledgeable. It is a shame there are so many shortages due to the world situation currently.

Previously, I only purchased HP products. However, this Apple product is very impressive although a little pricy. I have purchased a number of electronic products from Best Buy and always buy the extended warranty and have always been pleased with the service we received.

The team was a dream to work with Bought open box It was not functioning Was sent to apple support for the entire mother board to be replaced My macbook air came back good as new with no issues.

Bought it to replace my 2014 MacBook air. I love it except that it requires a separate USB port.

This was a gift from my sons high school graduation. He was thrilled he loves it. We have all Apple products and we love them. Best Buy makes it really easy with Dale at 18 months financing it’s the second time I use this feature the first was for my daughter’s graduation!!

It’s a good laptop yes absolutely, it’s fast and reliable and it’s beautiful BUT BUT BUT not sure what Apple decided to do with the camera on this model this year, it’s disgustingly BAD, the quality is like I’m using some old Android phone, not clear at all and just looks like so many pixels, it’s so bad for FaceTime calls and other call apps that use camera.

Awesome computer. The only downside is that there is no USB port. You have to purchase an adapter.

Laptop was in good condition upon arrival. The camera could be better on video call apps. So far a good buy!
